“I discovered Blaum Bros when we ate at 7 Hills in Platteville and I had the BEST Bloody Mary ever. I asked the waitress to show me which bloody mix they used and she showed me the Blaum Bros brand. So I went on a mission to Galena to get a case of the stuff! We had an awesome experience with the tasting room and I go back annually now to get my Bloody Mary mix fix!“

“Been to this Pub many,many times. We live close by. Always been a fan of the Shepherds Pie. Whenever we have visitors we come here because everyone wants Shepherds Pie! Went to dinner tonite 11/3/22. Original recipe Changed. Terrible mistake. It was horrible!! Someone made a big mistake in changing recipes. So disappointing.“

“We were seated quick without a reservation... The service was great and the food was awesome. We had the filet mignion and it was delicious, and came with two side dishes. Great atmosphere. Check out the hotel while you're there and especially the library, which has videos playing on the history of the hotel and Gelina.“

“No frills here, no main street, located near Culver’s, just a good breakfast stop with reasonable prices. We used to come here a lot as a family, until my wife became gluten-free, and then the visits stopped. Because they had very little as far as gluten-free options. I was in town alone, so I was able to have breakfast. I really enjoyed French toast, bacon, hot chocolate, all delicious. Sounds like there’s a new general manager, I spoke to her a little bit about possibly getting some gluten-free bread in stock and offering French toast, etc. for gluten-free options. Hopefully at some point they add the option.“

“Let's start with the fact that the food is excellent. Not to mention that all the dishes come with a delicious little bread and a salad with a spectacular dressing. The service is very good and the place is absolutely beautiful, plus it's huge! There's outdoor terrace space and several floors upstairs. I consider it one of the best places to eat on Main St.“

“My partner and I ate here for our three year anniversary, Debbie and Lydia were incredibly kind and personable from the second we walked in the door. The fresh focaccia they bring you before your entree is beautiful and I highly recommend the lobster cavatappi. What a wonderful experience :)“

“Stopped in for Breakfast, were seated quickly even without a reservation, server took our drink orders right away, asked about food allergies offered us their daily special and helpful suggestions to help decide. Food arrived right away, looked and tasted fantastic.“
