The Branzino is amazing, the steak was amazing, the dessert (Lemon Cake) was amazing.

We are picky about our places and we will absolutely be back. Julie was awesome and had great suggestions.

My only regret was we forgot to order the crab cakes for an appetizer.“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

“Had dinner last night. We had an excellent server named Carly. She was extremely friendly and answered our questions. She came back to the table several times to check on us.
It was refreshing to dine out and be treated so nicely.
We also chatted with Patrick the manager who we talked with each time we have been to FatPour and he is an absolute sweetheart too.
All in all good experience and we will return!

“My flight got canceled so it was the end of a long day when I finally made it to the Hilton Garden Inn, but the service at the hotel was great and the Cobb salad at the restaurant tasted like I had just picked everything fresh from the garden. Definitely stay here again!“

“My Aunt Marcia Hoffman turned 90 and is a rehab center where she is confined to her room . We wanted to do something special so we call Scotty’s and the made a meal to order for pick up. It worked out great and she loved it . Thank you Scott and the entire staff for making her 90th as special as it could be under the circumstances !“

“Don’t order the short rib mini sandwiches! They were 90 percent fat. When I informed the waitress she indicated that there is always fat on those sandwiches. My sandwich was mostly grizzle and fat. My friend had the same thing but hers at least had some meat.“

“We have discovered this place 3 years ago when we are searching for an outdoor casual dining. What we found was a great place that had outdoor seating on a deck patio with umbrellas and a TV set to watch sporting events. The service was friendly, and the food was great. The drinks were very reasonable. The menu was large having everything from sandwiches to dinners. We never had a bad experience there and brought family and friends to enjoy the evening sitting outside. We always come back.“

“We went to the City's Edge and were served by "Princess Allison". She makes us call her that or she won't serve us. I had the Nachos with Chicken - absolutely delicious!“

“First time eating at Greenwood. The food was very good. We ordered calamari, which tasted unique in a good way, with the chopped marinated veggies. The beef filet was melt in your mouth tender. The only complaint is it was too salty. Brussels sprouts were also delicious.

The old fashion and manhattan were well made. It was a nice touch that the waiter asked us what bourbon or whiskey we wanted them made with.

We reserved in the dining room and the hostess could not find our reservation. We offered to show it to her, and she said no need , then put us at the very corner of the patio which was noisy, with uncomfortable chairs. For the first 15 min there was no one on the patio of in the restaurant. We couldn’t hear each other over the street traffic.

“We had a great meal of Calamari, steamed mussels, pasta dish, and a cherry tart. We ate outside on a perfect evening so what's not to like. I highly recommend for casual dining. I thought the wine prices were a little high but that was the only negative.“

“I had looked at the menu before I came here so I knew I wanted The Cuban Sandwich when I arrived. It was fast and fresh. The meat was mouth watering! Was the best Cuban I ever had. I was not expecting this. Hoping for goodness.. but the best!! ???. The service was fast and friendly.

“This is one of my husband’s and my favorite place! We were a big fan of Creperie St. Germaine so we are so happy that they haven’t completely changed the delicious menu and the interior is the same cozy place we love! And the crepes are to die for! This place is freaking AWESOME!!!“

“My daughter had her wedding at this venue on 8/4/25. From the point of discussing the space, to reviewing the contract, to discussing options, to answering ALL of our questions, to the tasting, to the day of, our event coordinator (not sure that's her specific title) Amanda was nothing short of stellar. She was patient, thorough, and accommodating ensuring that my daughter was comfortable in a very important time of her life. Our event captain (again not sure of her title) Kylie also was amazing -- handling each of our requests quickly and pleasantly. These two ladies are an asset to your company & should be commended for their fantastic work ethic. All the event staff from the bartenders, to servers, to bus boys were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious as well. Our event was amazing & memorable largely due to the associates we interacted with.“

“We held an 80 person event here and the coordinator Caryn was detailed, communicative and so nice! The waitstaff and bartenders, the food runners, and managers all helped to run a smooth luncheon, the busboy was attentive and kind! Mark Salmon enthusiastically and creatively arranged for my friend and I to dine outside (our request), despite the rain. We stayed dry under umbrellas and thanks to Sandra, our amazing waitress, we celebrated my birthday with fine food (impressive menu choices and food presentation) and great company! “Having first enjoyed the Deerpath Inn in 1984, I have been very impressed with the ongoing upgrades all the while maintaining it's original atmosphere and elegance. I have never been disappointed when dining in any of the rooms, especially the new English Room.“

“I was honestly surprised to see a 3.6-star rating because my experience at GC Buffalo in Lincolnwood. The service has been nothing short of amazing! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Now, let’s talk about the wings—simply the best! The buffalo wings are the last original buffalo wings out there, genuinely packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. My son says the buffalo wings are "bussin," and I have to agree. But my personal favorite has to be the lemon pepper wings, bursting with the perfect blend of zest and seasoning. We’ve tried wings from plenty of other places, and nothing compares to GC Buffalo. If you're a wing lover, this spot is a must-try. Bottom line: the wings are top-tier, and the service was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We had a 30th high school reunion meet up at the Caldwell Grille last night. Mayra and Bridget were awesome with our group the whole evening. They were very accommodating for our group that kept expanding, friendly, and professional. The food and drinks were also great.“

“A very pleasant “go-to” for a meal. Food is very good. Service is friendly but can be spotty depending. Location at Wilmette Golf Course is very nice with large windows overlooking golf course and outside seating. In the winter, the fireplace warms the view. Recommend.“

“Amazing food, fettuccine Alfredo was amazing! Smaller portions but eat slow enjoy it. It's actually more than enough. I beg of you to get their cheese cake. The most amazing flavor you'll ever have. My husband and I shared it. It's not slices, it's a whole small cake with caramel drizzled around the plate and I don't know maybe a crunchy brown sugar on top that was been fire flamed caramelized texture .. with strawberry slices and a whipping cream on the sides. It would've been unbecoming to lick the plate so we acted civilized. Good lord..it was amazing! Our waiter was kind and funny. We met the owner, amazing guy. Planning on taking my father here when he comes up from Florida. You won't regret this place. I saw it had four stars and that is so incorrect. This place is most definitely a 5 star restaurant by far if you're looking for areal Italian authentic taste that goes above your expectations. For two people 3 course meal our bill was under 50.00 dollars we expected our bill to be 100.00 but was actually 48.00. now we didn't buy wine etc so of course that can be pricer but we're not into alcohol but I did see people enjoying it with their meal. We sat outside and they had heaters to keep you warm and cozy. Just loved this place can't speaking anymore highly of them and what they've created.God bless you and can't wait to dine again and bring our family to enjoy as well. My father's wife is Italian so she's just going to love it. Thank you for the experience!“
