Mongolian beef very tasty, but a bit too soft for me ( I prefer a bit of crisp to this dish). Shrimp fried rice was plentiful and very good. “It's a bit of an older place, just vibes-wise, but it just means the food there is amazing since the chefs are so familiar with every dish they make. The waiters and waitresses, despite not speaking English as a native language, are all so kind and considerate as well! I highly recommend the Hainan chicken rice and the Vietnamese iced coffee. Also, the pricing is insanely good for the quality of food. Looking forward to going again!“

“I worked here many many years ago. I was 15 I used to come in and do dishes for a few hours a day. Anyway the food here is amazing. Kind of ruined me for all other Chinese places. However having said that I will say since the pandemic and covid all that stuff right they've gone down a little in quality. I don't know if it's the cook. The egg rolls are half the size they used to be. Portions are a little smaller The chicken is a little smaller pieces. But hey what are you going to do it's rough out there. I'm going to order in about 30 minutes lol“

“The garlic beef was delicious. I loved everything we ordered. Fried rice, chicken broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and my absolute favorite garlic beef. Prices are excellent and portions are ample. You could eat in the restaurant but that’s not what this place is all about. It’s a to-go place. They only take cash which is fine by me.

“This is my favorite place for Chinese I've tried a lot of Chinese restaurants and this one is really good considering Chinese is my favorite food. The prices are reasonabe to. I like the fact that there's not a lot of salt in the food.

Parking: It's a small parking lot but no cars are never in the spaces so easy to run get your food and go. They don't have chairs and tables that's the only thing that's bad cuz I like to sit down once in a while“

“I normally order food from here but I haven't done a review, The food is always hot and delicious A must try is the spring rolls they are delicious crispy and fresh tasting along with the meat skewers the beef very delicious very fresh tasting moist. Excellent customer service and they always honor their coupons. Their food is always fresh tasting and it doesn't taste heavily of oils which is a plus highly delicious food.

Vegetarian options: In addition to the vegetarian options they do have gluten-free options too for those looking for food that is gluten free they do have a lot of vegetable options and if you're looking for a vegetarian egg roll I highly recommend trying to spring rolls they're very good and they are vegetarian there is no meat in there whatsoever.“

“Whenever I try a new old style chinese restaurant, I get shrimp with lobster sauce and bbq pork something, like bbq pork fried rice or vegetables, etc.

Shrimp with lobster sauce is a very nostalgic food for me. It was something I tried 15~ish years ago from this small chinese restaurant near work. It was $5.45 lunch specials at the time, and I wanted to try something other than monglian beef, generals Tsao chicken etc.
And i fell in love ever since.

I love brown starch sauce that is made with, and it needs to have black beans and stripes of pork and egg. But some restaurants tend to make this with white sauce with pea and ground pork, or just not enough salt or msg.

Well, this place make it perfectly how I wanted, and less than 9 bucks. You can't beat this deal.
The only thing to critize is that chicken fried rice was not good...it was dry and maybe a day old.

Bbq pork was also really good, cut thick the way I also like it. You can taste rice oyster sauce, and vegetables were cooked well.

It definitely reminded me of the old spot that I loved and will be coming back to try more dishes.“

I wish they would look into opening a restaurant in the St. John Indiana area. They would make a killing, as all the Chinese restaurants in the area are mediocre at best.

“I started going to this restaurant a year ago after picking up orders for GrubHub. The food is amazing so fresh and delicious. The knowledge personable staff is friendly, professional and prompt unlike many restaurants I've discovered that their food does not require any additional sauce because it is cooked perfectly. The manager told me how their food was cooked but after tasting it I was convinced sauce is not needed on their food as it is cooked perfectly!!
