“Great experience and delicious beer! The service was exceptional, friendly and fast. Come here if you like IPAs but they have a little bit for everyone, their specialty is IPAs though. Their own hop water is good if you want an NA option. Good seating indoor and out, also have a to go room with merch. Absolutely loved their beer and highly recommend a visit! Very impressed and can't wait to go back!!“

“Overall it seemed like a great brewery. The hazy IPA I had was good. Service was decent, although I was told/asked to wait while the tender finished sometime.... Kinda dark and kinda felt I was in a communist lounge... Which isn't my vibe, but overall beer and space were good. I'd come back.“

“Hopewell has such a cute vibe! I loved the fact that they had a large selection of games for passing your time there as you enjoy the beer. The Lil Buddy was perfect. Just a little something. They also had super friendly bartender who was kind enough to give me a few stickers. I collect enamel pins, so was glad to buy one of those from the merch.“

“Amazing local brewery! They are dog friendly, and have something to drink for everyone. I love their watermelon beers and local food pop ups. We went there to watch the World Cup games and got to enjoy some free Turkish food. 10/10 would recommend!“

“They consistently knock it out of the park on their flavors. I have SIBO and drinking kombucha helps, but i hate the vinegar taste that some of them have. However, every flavor i have bought from this company at the farmer's market tastes like fruit juices, without any hint of vinegar. “Been to a decent chunk of breweries in this here city, and this one has THE best tour for your time and hard earned coin. The daisy cutter is UNDENIABLE and the pony pils and lagertown are MMM MMM TASTY GÜD 🤤🤤🤤 This place is righteous. They could waterboard me with their product any day.“

“Super cool space with gigantic beer garden!! Highly recommend this local NW side brewery for a quick beer or an afternoon or evening of drinking and maybe even brawling! Industrial-hip interior with large outdoor beer garden, where dogs are welcome. I have posted the beer and food menus from 9/17/26. Humongous beer selection. Though there are many breweries with better beer, the cool atmosphere is worth checking this one out!! We normally sit at the bar, so can’t comment on the service which, from reviews can be good to poor. Bathroom were clean.

“Had a free beer ticket from the adjacent Hotel Collaborative and found a very nice place at the bar, some WiFi, an outlet, a real nice local hazy IPA, and a strong pour of Buffalo Trace, accompanied by ice water and lime. Andrew, a mixologist, conversationalist, and Goose Looking Dude wearing aviator sunglasses look like they been taken off by Tom Cruze only moments after buzzin’ the carrier’s tower, was most excellent to advise me on beer and whisky options. “A pleasant neighborhood brewery, bar, and restaurant. We generally order burgers or fish and chips, and enjoy a local beer with our meal. We ordered soft pretzels for our ap, which came with two amazingly good dpping sauces - yum!

“My wife and I visited after a hike at nearby Fort Sheridan on a Saturday afternoon. The beers are solid. We enjoyed the Italian Pilsner and the Light Lager. Both refreshing after our hike. There is a kitchen, but we did not order any food. The overall ambiance is relaxed. Board games are available, or you can throw darts. There is an outdoor covered patio areas. Very family friendly. Our bartender, Paul, was great. Very knowledgeable about the beers and other nearby breweries. Put this on your list of Highwood spots to check out.“

The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing.
