“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. “I had to share an incredible experience we had at Subway at 14704 Cicero ave in Midlothian recently. As a high school teacher, I brought in a group of my English learner students to practice real-world language skills, and the two sandwich artists working today absolutely blew me away.

From the moment we walked in, Hemil and Akra were patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping my students succeed. Instead of rushing them, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions, gently encourage them to speak louder, and even gave them the space to practice, even when it took a little extra time.

What could have been an overwhelming experience for my students turned into something empowering and joyful, all because of the kindness and understanding that Hemil and Akra showed. They didn’t just make sandwiches, they created a safe, supportive environment where my students felt confident using their voices.

It’s not every day you see that level of care and humanity in a busy setting. I’m so grateful for their warmth and professionalism. They made a lasting impact on my students (and on me). Thank you for going above and beyond! And thank you for the DELICIOUS sandwiches! We will be back 😄“

“Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“
