The service is extraordinarily rapid. Needless to say, the food they serve is excellent. I frequent many times and I was always happy. The expense is reasobable. “Came here on Saturday. They made my Italian sub perfectly. I've had plenty of Jersey Mike's subs over the years. This was the first time the ingredients all made it onto the sandwich and were perfectly placed. Normally it looks like they apply the toppings with a shotgun. John was the worker that built what I called the absolute best Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had. Great job!“

“The food is tasty but I was shocked by the quantity of meat in my gyros plate. It was just a gyros sandwich in a container with fries and fixings. Everywhere else I get a gyros plate it has enough meat for 2 or 3 sandwiches.the subs seemed to be lacking meat as well. Again first time getting it there and was just surprised.“

Not only do they have a wide variety for subs and add ons but they also sell hot dogs , italian beefs , burgers and pizza puffs as well as so many side options from fries to mac n cheese bites! Give it a try and you wont regret it! Super clean , very nice family people 10/10And at the end the nice gentleman gave my daughter a free lollipop! I don't know what it is, because at face value the ingredients are just OK. But when you get that shredded lettuce soaked with vinegar and oregano, and the not quite sure what kind of cheese it is, mixed with a true sub roll and solid deli meat. It's a beautiful thing. “I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! Kudos to the employee making the sandwiches, as busy as it was they were friendly calm and cool! The employee has some arm tats and I’m only saying that so their recognized by management, 200% will be back!!!!!!“

“Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). “This is genuinely one of the best Jimmy John's around. The evening shift employees (two female workers) are very cordial & friendly. I get off of work late & always appreciate a well-crafted sandwich for dinner, and they always get the order right. The app is convenient, I have been utilizing it for years. Some JJ locations are a hit or miss but I never had an issue here. My experience is anecdotal after all, but consistency undeniably counts for something! 🥖

It's a pretty great place to get your grub on and yet the prices have gone up recently especially with meat and the taxes are much more than they were even with the nice atmosphere of a small simple restaurant if you want to pay a little more for your food then go for it they still make tasty sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs my personal favorite is the Polish with the submarine the only downside is I'll slow it takes for the order to come and the staffers don't really take sanitize a bit seriously that they don't wear that masks when preparing the food all in all who is delicious and yet not perfect!“
