The birria tacos were around $18 and they were very good. My only complaint is that the meat itself could have had more flavor, I think it was not properly salted. But it was cheesy, meaty, and crunchy. They gave me a ton of consume, too much. That didn’t have as much flavor as I would have wanted either, and salt would have helped. But you could just add salt and everything would be 2x as good.
The rice and beans were pretty good.
Also, the salsas that they have are unfortunately not to my taste. They are very spicy, and I love a spicy salsa, but they lack balance and are very one note. They are spicy without any depth or acidity. You may like this kind of salsa.
But the family was very nice and the food was all very good depending on your tastes. Very high quality and I will be coming back again.“

“I stopped by with my toddler and was immediately greeted by staff. Ordered the breakfast burrito and a taco and rice for my daughter and the food was delicious. “The ONLY bad thing about this taqueria is how long it took me to realize #1 how close it was to my house, and #2 how DELICIOUS all of their food is!!!

This last summer I couldn't wait to sneak out of the house for a quick taco and a good book and their cute little patio section, which I did every chance I got. The staff are all super sweet. They are a cash only establishment.

My three go-to tacos are:
#1- The Texano - Shrimp cooked with chorizo with cabbage.... the shrimp is always fresh and tasty, and never rubbery
#2 - The Arriero - Steak, black beans, peppers, cheese, and nopales, all a perfect combination with one another!
#3 - The Happy Taco - Pork with onions, jalapenos, and zucchini

My husband loves their burritos, but I almost ALWAYS get one, two, or all three of these options when I go. Two tacos generally fill me up because they do a great job of not skimping on ingredients. The inside sit down area is very small, and looks like it could maybe accommodate 3 people at the window area. Still a perfect to-go spot when it's cold. I know I saw another location not too far away, so I'm curious to check them out as well. I usually walk over, but parking finding street parking doesn't seem to be a huge problem either.“

“I tried out the carne asada taco dinner. It came with a scoop of rice, a bean puree, and three tacos. The were tacos very big and delicious and I felt full just eating two tacos and the sides. I was also given a complimentary soup that was in some savory broth, it tasted like fideo. For the quality of service and the price, I think this is a good spot and I would come back again.“

“Taco Maya is so good! If you've never been here, you have to go! There are a lot of tacos of different types here. One that I highly recommend for anyone to try is the Paneer taco! “We have been lucky to attend this hall on multiple occasions from a production company standpoint. The hall is not the best for sound reinforcement as you will need a separate rig pointed to where the main entrance is to ensure you will have even coverage for all patrons. However, it is a minor detail that with the right professional shouldn't be a problem. The catering was very good and the space looked very nice. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice event space.“
