“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

“Best chicken in Crystal Lake! Raising Cane's slaps the hardest. Their chicken tenders are goated and perfectly seasoned (and honestly, you don't even need the sauce). The fries are cooked to perfection and have an amazing crunch👌 and that Texas toast slaps! Skip the KFC, skip the Popeyes, skip Dave's Hot Chicken because Cane's is where it's at! The only place that even comes close to competing with Cane's in terms of chicken quality is the legendary Taco Bell. But Cane's somehow is even better! 🤯“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. “My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“
