“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. “We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). “Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. I have something to get off my chest. Whoever is making the Crunchy Taco Supreme at Taco Bell in Fox Lake, just know, you deserve a raise, a new truck, and a winning lotto ticket, maybe even a Nobel Peace Prize. Seriously, if you air dropped these to the war you could bring an actual peace deal to the Gaza Strip. It comes out the way it looks on the menu, it isnt soggy or broken, for some reason it doesnt fall apart at all as youre eating it, and yet the lettuce has yet to make me have explosive diarrhea. Brave of me, I know, but this has been consistent for a couple of weeks now. I have yet to crush through an entire 12 party pack of crunchy tacos, but I feel as though if I did, theoretically, all 12 tacos would be pristine, immaculate, and in their most prestigious form of taco, with the most perfect layers of ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and tomato. If my body is a temple, mine is constructed out of a foundation of crunchy tortilla shells. I wish you the best and I hope that both sides of your pillow are cool. Don't Ever Change. I love you. 🫶“

“Juan is the one that has helped me the most.
Everyone there is really kind and works well together.
I’ve DoorDash there on many occasions and Eat the food for takeout.
My favorite is getting the baconator meal.
The only sadness I have is the company calls it a baconator But no matter what location in the Chicagoland area I buy it at there’s not much bacon on there. I have to ask and pay for more bacon or use the computer to do so.
But that has nothing to do with this location.
Juan Has really made sure my experience was good helped me with the computer if a drink was out of the machine he made sure that it was taken care of.
If I needed anything extra on the sandwich, he made sure it was on there.

Everything is perfect at this location and I’ll always go back.

For my one single complaint about enough bacon on the one sandwich that is an issue against Corporate why call it a baconator When I normally only find three or four pieces of bacon on it.
Maybe I’m in the wrong, but I don’t think I am and I can’t blame one restaurant. This is definitely a Corporate issue. I will change that sandwich name cause it definitely does not fit the sandwich correctly..
