They always make it a special night. we were greeted with anniversary hospitality by not only the hostess, but our server, 2 other servers and the chef! This truly made our night! “First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“

“Fantastic elevated food in a contemporary sunlit space with a water view. Well worth the drive for us. I started with the butternut squash and apple soup and a arugula salad with baked goat cheese, and my husband chose the creamy cauliflower soup and mixed green salad with currants and blueberries. The soups were both rich and flavorful. The salads were delayed in coming (perhaps because they had run out of arugula as my salad contained another leaf lettuce) but both salads were very good. The bread on the table was baked in house, also very good. We both had the hangar steak with whipped potatoes and sauteed spinach. Excelkent! We weren't asked how we wanted the steaks done but they arrived as we prefer them, medium with a warm pink center, with a charred crust and a slightly smoky flavor as if wood grilled. Perfect! A brownie sundae completed our meal. We will definitely be back.“

“I've always enjoy Madcats meals since they've opened and the chef specials have always been out of the park yum. This past weekend was super busy with travel and squeezing in crazy workouts. I've never ordered 2 meals in 1 night but I arrived hungry. Both meals were amazing and I wanted protein with fiber for my recovery meal. I'm looking forward to other dishes on my future visits. “We get this for takeout a lot, but you have to try the Fire Chicken Sandwich. It's one of my absolute favorites! The combination of pickled onions and jalapeños, topped with a sweet and spicy mango habanero sauce, is just incredible. And the cilantro garlic fries are the perfect side, especially when you dip them in the creamy ranch dressing.“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

She was attentive, efficient, and friendly. She accommodated a party of 15 and made it look easy. We never had to look for her because she was constantly making her rounds and checking on us. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and it made my birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back!“

“First timer, walked into restaurant with a wonderful greeting. The shrimp ane calamari appetizers were amazing. Did not enjoy my Entrée especially the Mac and cheese. It was too soupy. Asked for another one and the same type of soupy consistency was delivered. Dessert was meant to have a good presentation but toppled over before arriving at the table but was still served to me.

From out of town it's always nice trip add places to out lost to come back to return we visit Chicago.And you could tell her attitude was genuine and not just to get a tip. “The Wheat Cafe is located right next to the Waterleaf restaurant at College of DuPage. The cafe features delicious Bakery items, soups and salads, pizza, chips. All prepared on site by the students at College of DuPage.
