“Had a wonderful breakfast here while in town. One of the most hospitable restaurants I’ve ever been to! Waitresses Anna Marie and Debbie were so pleasant and made us feel like family. The gentleman up front (I’m assuming the owner) was accommodating to a special need we had and was so sweet. Our new favorite breakfast spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“

“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

“We had a large group just before lunchtime on a Saturday, and they were great about squeezing us in. Our server D was amazing, truly, and the other staff were helpful and attentive, too. The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. I definitely would return and would recommend it to friends.“

“I just recently started going there since last year. No negative reviews here. Every single experience has been great alongside with the food. When it’s your birthday, the staff sings to you. You pay what you get and it’s worth every penny. Keep up the great work Alexander’s!! They are accommodating with large groups, service is great, and best part is the ability to order a wonderful, filling gluten free breakfast! “Stopped here for breakfast, 1st time and I would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent and the food was great (real, fresh, hot, cooked to order)! I had the sampler with oatmeal pancakes and they were delicious!!! My other options included the chicken avocado crepe and Mediterranean omelette. The coffee was good, it came to the table in its own thermal to stay hot. I highly recommend!!“

“We have dined at First Watch in Florida and were thrilled to find that they opened a location in our neighborhood! There was a wait for tables when we arrived so we sat at the bar for brunch. Our server was so friendly and attentive. My husband had Carna Asada Queso Hash and I had the Million Dollar breakfast sandwich with egg, gouda, sausage, bacon and hot honey on a toasted English muffin. So delicious!!! They habe the most flavorful Bloody Mary's as well. The portions are huge by the way! By the time we left there was an even bigger wait for tables. So glad we have First Watch close by to enhance our brunch options! Worth the wait and every penny spent! We'll be back soon!“

“So long Sprinkles. I have a new favorite cupcake bakery —Courageous Cupcake. They are moist, delicious and made with fresh quality ingredients. The employees are super friendly and kind.“

“This used to be our absolute favorite spot. My friends and I would come here several times a week, and we loved the familiar faces on the staff. Sadly, things have drastically changed for the worse. ​We noticed the staff began turning over constantly, and after speaking with some of the remaining employees, we found out why: the owner is reportedly keeping 40% of the servers' tips. Under Illinois law, tips belong entirely to the staff, and an owner taking a cut is entirely illegal. ​It breaks our heart to walk away from a place we loved, but our group has decided to take our business to other local spots that actually respect and support their employees. We won't be back until management corrects this and treats their staff fairly.“

“I have the avocado lotto and it was plenty so much that I have enough for supper. The fruit was fresh and plentiful. The tunafish and cottage cheese were excellent. The patty melt with onions was cooked perfectly. It came with a cup of soup and a generous portion of coleslaw. We will definitely come back here again.“

“This was our first time eating at YiaYia's Cafe in Hinsdale, Illinois. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean. The food was great tasting and perfect portions. The waitress was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back to eat here again!

“My great grandson made his communion today. So we stopped here for lunch or breakfast. Their were 9 of us today. Our waitress was excellent , very friendly and helpful. I didn't see avocado toast on the menu, but she told me that they make it. The food was excellent.“

It includes grilled onions, delicious chilli and an egg on top. The egg is cooked the way you like it. I enjoy an over easy egg on top of my burger. OMG delicious!!
