“I am giving them a 1 star rating for many reason. I went here for the first time last night to celebrate my 11 year anniversary. We called 2 weeks prior to set up reservations. We got to the restaurant 20 mins before our time. Got in 10 mins after our reservation time and got a table literally right in front of the kitchen. I can’t tell u how many time my chair got hit by people walking by people who worked their people just walking. At one point I kept trying to flag down any waiter so we could get our check and go. For how much I spent I was expecting something completely different and not so cluttered they have way to many tables to close together there is no walking room. If u have a wheelchair forget about coming to this restaurant. The food was decent for the price I paid although I didn’t want to complain cause it took 40 mins just to get our food in the first place. My steak was over cooked. U would think it with it being a steak house they know how to cook it“

“This place has definitely changed over the last 20+ yrs. The night shift cook has watched me grow from a young adult into a family man. It's a place that is very dear to my heart. The only thing that would have made this last experience 5 star experience for me personally. I missed the old night shift crew to enjoy my meal with old familiar faces and catching up with them. Otherwise, this place still got it even with the new cooks and unfamiliar daytime crew. They are all 5 stars!“

“Had my sons surprise 50th Birthday Party there 7/29/23 on the patio. BEST time, food and service. Not one problem or issue. Server Jake was phenomenal in every way. He is a great asset to Krapils. “Had dinner with friends on Fri, 6-17. None of us had been there for years...we weren't impressed. One of us ordered the T bone which was not a complete steak. Part of the filet had been cut away. The baked potatoes weren't cooked through. The cocktail sauce for my scallops had no horseradish in it and tasted like fancy catsup. The tartar sauce had no flavor. Although our drinks were good the food wasn't worth the price. Pretty sure we won't be back. Very disappointed.“

“Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for my friend's 50th birthday on a Saturday evening, 2hour 15 minute wait. Larger groups came in with only a 15 to 20 minute wait time, not sure why, the host were great. Our waiter came right over once we were seated, we were served quickly. The food is great, atmosphere is lots of people, high energy. Prices are reasonable. Great for large groups not so much for date night or intimate night out.“
