“My experience was great! During these challenging times, there was a minor situation that was out of their control. I called the Auntie Anne's the next day and spoke to Megan the acting/assistant manager. Megan listened to my concern and welcomed me to come back and have my order fulfilled properly. She also added free items to make sure I was satisfied. Megan was very relatable and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great discussion with her. I can't wait to come back to this location which is in a food court of lots of other fast food options and gas station!“

“So this past June marked my very first time visiting a Crumbl Cookies. I guess I musta been living under rock (actually no) but apparently I misunderstood the concept behind the famed bakery.When I first walked in and browsed the menu, I was like "only 6 different types of cookies?" Well ok then, guess I'll try each one times 2. I eventually found out from my stepdaughter that there's a rotation each week which makes perfect sense.These cookies are outstanding: they stay soft, moist & flavorful for several days and the price which may seem high to some is definitely worth it. The ability to add on to the cookies is ideal as well.Customer service is down-to-earth friendly and helpful and as long as they keep baking that yummy goodness with consistency, I'll keep coming back for more.“

“I tried the honey lavender matcha latte, and it was very delicious. I'm a huge matcha girly, and the amount/flavor of matcha did not disappoint- it was a dark green but still was very creamy. It was understandably sweet, which wasn't to my taste, but I did love the honey and lavender flavoring. I ordered a hot drink because the mall is cold, and the temperature is perfect- hot but not enough to burn my taste buds. Now I can comfortably sit down and study. The only thing is that it's very open to the mall (like, it's giving open floor design) so there's something weirdos walking by and being rowdy. It's not really a cozy café, but it's still very aesthetic and sleek (like all TLJ's).“

“Ordered a Tres Leche Cake fora Mexican party. Sandy who helped me was terrific, very helpful. Carlos also. Sandy asked if I wanted anything written on cake I said fiesta. When I went to pick it up, the 1/4 sheet looked like it had been decorated by professionals. It was just so very beautifully decorated I could not believe it . So much much more than just the word fiesta. Taste people could not get enough, everyone just loved it. Not too sweet perfect & The price was way under what it should have been. I am sorry I did it photo it. I also bought a cookie for my ride home, just yummy.“

Although the gift card had a balance large enough to cover the food we ordered, the machine wasn't accepting it. Thankfully, the worker was helpful and understanding.
