“This is a new Culver's, still great food, in a modern package. You must try everything but for your first time go with a butter burger, cheese curds, and leave room for custard of your choice.

Next time (there will be a next time) look beyond a burger and try the cod, pot roast sandwich, or soup.

“I absolutely LOVE Cold Stone Creamery! We visited again on Sunday, May 4, 2025 for the first time in years and honestly the Chocolate Devotion is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. We were so impressed with it. When we got home afterwards there was some complaining from family members who did not go with us because they didn’t realize we were going to Cold Stone! The place has a charm but can’t really figure out it exterior options for optimal opportunities to improve flow and customer experience. The shop sure cranks people through at a decent clip. Impressively staffed on a very busy evening. An eclectic neighborhood crowd gives the atmosphere a unique vibe like it’s a big ice cream social and you’re invited.“

“I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. “Me and the boyfriend came threw the chicken strips and bacon deluxe was really good and there fries and cheese curds. but are concrete mixers we both took a bit and threw them away I got the pumpkin mixer with pecans and asked for regular Carmel instead of salted they gave me salted and a crap load of pecans boyfriend got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups there was so much peanut butter in there I don't even think there was chocolate ice cream it was so thick you could barely swallow it without drinking something with it he threw his out to.“

“THE BEST BURGERS AND SWEET POTATO FRIES IN ILLINOIS PERIOD! PLEASE GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A RAISE, they are all very kind and helpful! Also the turtle sundae was very delicious. The establishment is very spacious and clean. I love visiting places where the employees are having fun while still providing excellent customer service. It almost felt like i was in the krusty krab with a lot of spongebobs and no squidwards. ??

UPDATE 8/10 this time i had the classic chicago hotdog and sweet potato fries! Unfortunately this time around the hot dog was not all that great, very bland and actual weiner didn’t have much flavor and the sweet potatoes were a bit burnt, but i think this is a minor mistake than can easily be fixed in the future! Can’t wait to be back!“

“Ordered our family birthday cake by mistake at this location. Right day right time everything was 50% off that day. Homemade dilly bars and blizzard cake was amazing. Ice cream was just so fresh tasting. By far the best DQ to go to we will be back. Thanks!!“
