“First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!”

“I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this spot and they did not disappoint at all. Very good pizza, to be honest some of the best I’ve had in this area. Perfect crust with good texture and bite with an amazing crunch at the end. Fresh toppings and perfectly browned cheese. Got a large sausage and pepperoni with half green pepper and onion and they load it up. The sauce is more of a savory sauce which pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the proteins and sweetness of the veggies. Will absolutely be back for more. 10/10 for me !!!!!”

“Food was good everybody at the table (10) liked their foods . We all ordered something different. Service was good , no complaints there either . We went for lunch at 1 pm , it wasn't to busy and not loud at all . It was a Tuesday. I would go back !”

Not to mention it seems like the prices rise everytime I go. Especially for slices. Sorry but that's my true opinion lately & I don't go there as much anymore. “I am so glad they were able to reopen. Due to the passing of the previous owner last year, they closed their doors. My husband and I had just discovered them and was so excited to find a Chinese restaurant we truly enjoy. The very next day January 1st 2024, they announced their closure ( we get Chinese New Years Eve and we got it from here). THANK YOU for reopening and serving the surrounding community....I'm from Indiana. We love your food!”

They have a full bar, full dining area, a nice big deck, and they have slot machines. There is also daily events posted, if that your thing.
There is a wall to pay tribute to veterans and I love that being my day was a veteran. May he RIP.
This place is a hidden gem and will be my new spot!

“A childhood memory in Chicago! I brought my husband to experience Gayetys. The charm when we walked in and then the SMELL OF YUMMY CHOCOLATE was a Zen moment!!! We toured the counters then dived into purchases! We had no time for ice cream but we will be back. We did have a piece of chocolate each at home ohhhhh yum. I had the taffy apple for dessert it was like no other. This is a must to visit.”

“I was going there for a couple years on the first opened when I was a school bus driver. then after I left the school bus company and we moved out to part forest it wasn't close for me anymore. I tried one in Chicago heights. it was not nearly as good as this one's ice cream. it's fantastic friendly people. I loved it. I missed it. I went back today and it was still great. I always got pistachio and the chocolate abuelita together. great taste! great place”

I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...”
