“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“

“We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm...look forward to ordering it again!“

She was warm, comforting, personable, responsive, checked on me often and was so very sweet. She ensured that I was satisfied with everything. “We always enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. This past Saturday, we ate at the Shiloh, IL location. The service was terrible. Our waitress, Joya, stopped by our table to say she would be with us as soon as she finished with the table next to us. My husband & I knew what we wanted so when she took our order, we ordered our drinks and then told her we wanted an appetizer (loaded hashbrown tots) and we knew what we wanted for our meals. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed Pancakes and my husband ordered the steak & egg hashbrown casserole skillet meal. We got our drinks right away, and then waited about 20 minutes before she brought our meals out. When we asked about our appetizer, she said she was sorry and asked if we still wanted it. We said no. The skillet meal was missing the tomatoes & green onions on top and he was never asked if he wanted biscuits. She said she was sorry again and was "slacking in her duties". She brought out a tiny cup with about 3-4 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of onion. She still never offered biscuits. The couple next to us heard us talking about what we were missing & they got up & left before even getting their drinks. The couple behind us also had issues with items missing from their order because I saw them talking to her as she looked at her order book and then came back with food a few minutes later. We enjoy the food but may end up going to another location next time.“

“This is your typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. Our server Letty was very gracious and friendly. She was prompt with drinks and always had great timing without being clingy. She went out of her wait to take good care of us when we moved to the pool tables to play some games. The manager I have no idea who she was is severely lacking leadership training and berated our server in front of us. Letty had done nothing more than to try and make it possible for us to watch the hockey game on a nearby TV.“

“I love the Eckert’s country store.
Whether you’re picking apples at the orchard, dining at the Eckert’s restaurant, you need your stop by the store before you leave.
I love bring my family here and pick up some delicious goodies.
On our last visit we got some delicious red apples, a jar of apple butter (so good?), apple cider, and a 4 pack of 16oz apple/peach hard cider.
We love coming here multiple times, and try different goodies every time.
