“Came here on Saturday. They made my Italian sub perfectly. I've had plenty of Jersey Mike's subs over the years. This was the first time the ingredients all made it onto the sandwich and were perfectly placed. Normally it looks like they apply the toppings with a shotgun. John was the worker that built what I called the absolute best Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had. Great job!“

I have tried the ham, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel along with the sausage egg on an everything bagel. Both sandwiches were great. Best French fries I have had in Years! Super crispy, and fluffy inside. Nice and hot, and they stood up to the sauce all the way back to work, for a crispity-crunchity-saucy treat. ???

One sweet young'n rang me up, while a very polite woman prepped my plate and gave me all the sauce I wanted (a lot!), and a funny gent demonstrated how to perfectly slice a large pickle into quarters without cutting the foil paper for the young'n, with the customary, "give 'em the pickle" joke to boot!

What a joy! Felt like Mom-n-Pop were back in town.

“Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!“

“Good location near Ogden Avenue. Came in here yesterday with my brother for an Italian footling. We had a coupon and a gift card. The ingredients were fresh and we enjoyed sharing the sandwich. Customer service was good as well. Five stars.“

Mr. Submarine is a drive for my family because we live in the suburbs so no matter what it's a drive to go to any location but this is by far my favorite one and experience because of her. “Some of the 1-2 star reviews are a bit harsh. People forget this is fast food not fine dining. I came here in the morning, it was pretty dead. The only worker was very nice, she gave me a lot of toppings. I ordered two subs: one was steak, egg, and cheese and the other was cheesy garlic steak. She recommended I try the ghost pepper bread, she was right it was mild and tasty. In case anyone was wondering, yes the ingredients she added to my subs were fresh. There were some ingredients that weren’t and I avoided those. It was about $12 each for a footlong. Ample parking but the road needs to be repaved.“
