“Sure! I had an amazing experience at Mr. Submarine at 8542 Ogden Ave in Lyons, IL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that made me feel truly welcomed. The staff was attentive, polite, and eager to make sure I had everything I needed, which really stood out.
I ordered a combo sub and a pizza puff, and I have to say, it was exactly what I needed. The food came out fast and fresh, which was a relief since it was the first thing I had eaten all day. The combo sub was packed with flavor, with perfectly sliced meats, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of seasoning. The bread was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy. The pizza puff was crispy, cheesy, and delicious, adding the perfect touch to my meal.
Not only was the food top-notch, but the overall experience was fantastic. The staff really goes the extra mile to ensure customers leave happy, and that level of service is rare to find these days. I left feeling completely satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit. “First and foremost, the staff is hands down the best! Literally the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! And I’ve tried a few things on the menu and nothing has been a let down. Usually I regret straying from “the usual” but I never do here. The crab rangoon is the best I’ve ever had, the wings surprised me with how tasty and well cooked they were, the basil chicken egg rolls were bomb (so is the basil chicken over rice), and the Khao Soi is a best seller for a reason!“

“This location of Olive Garden turned out to be a really great experience 🍝✨ Everything felt organized and well-managed, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable from the start. We were seated almost immediately with barely any wait ⏱️😊, which is always a big plus!
The service was attentive and friendly throughout our meal 👏🙂 — we felt well taken care of without being overwhelmed. Of course, the salad and breadsticks were just as amazing as always 🥗🥖, fresh and super tasty. Our pasta dishes came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor 🔥🍝.
We specifically came for the unlimited pasta bowl deal, and it did not disappoint 😍 We tried a few different combinations, but honestly, the classic Alfredo and the meat sauce were the clear winners 🏆👌 — simple but so good!
For the price, the portion sizes and quality are seriously hard to beat 💸👍. You definitely get great value for your money here. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back again soon 😄✨“

“Alma R was fantastic give her a raise. It’s airport food but extremely solid food. Expensive but great. Two double jack and cokes and a Italian omelet with chicken Apple sausage was $63 without the tip.
Toast was toast but it’s pretty good. Omelet was absolutely fire 🔥🔥🔥
Tater tots weren’t too hard or soft just perfect. Everything tasted great. Proportions were great. Got enough alcohol for my money. I’m happy!!!“

“I got a sandwich catering order from Starship, and ordered online a couple of weeks in advance. The order was delivered exactly on time, and was delicious. Catering sandwiches were cut in a great way, small enough where each person could have 2-3 sandwiches. Would recommend!“

“Came here after seeing the pictures and variety in what you could get. I liked the vermicelli bowl and they were even able to replace the egg roll with a spring roll since I don’t eat pork without charging me extra. The owl was filling and flavorful and their chili crisp also helped to add flavor to it as well. Thai iced tea was cold and refreshing and super sweet as well.“

“I will die on the hill that the stuffed pizza is the best in Chicago. Since I only ever order the pizza, there isn’t a dish my wife doesn’t love. Grateful they were at the taste of Elmwood park otherwise I would have overlooked this gem. Service and Quality is always top notch.“

After being seated 15 mins prior to everyone receiving their food and beverages before us we spoke to the manager MaryLynn and she resolved the issue expeditiously. She made sure that our experience was everything that it was supposed to be. I truly appreciate a manager that holds her staff accountable.“
