“We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. I am disabled and require the use of a service animal and the server and staff were amazing and even brought him out a bowl of fresh cold water with our waters! Our server, Ronald, was amazing and so respectful and accommodating:) The food was so good I wish I had been here sooner! I definitely plan on being back to try more of the menu especially now that I know how accepting and welcoming all of the staff are!! The Lumpiang Shanghai was a great starter to the meal. The Ube cheesecake was ok, but not very flavorful. The Aluna Water was surprisingly refreshing and worth the $10. I haven’t been here since it changed brands, overall decent experience and would try again when not so busy for an event.“

We asked for a very thin crust and while it was thin it wasn’t more so than any other thin crust. The sauce lacked flavor. It was at best bland. We asked for extra sausage & cheese. If what they gave us was extra I’d hate to see what regular cheese & sausage consisted of. The bigger letdown was the “Fresh Calamari.” This wasn’t fresh! It was straight from the freezer bag to the deep fryer. Breading was very institutional from a place like Gordon Food Service. The person that took my order over the phone and got my food for me was very nice. You get one chance to make a first impression. Gerry’s food fell far short.“
