It was my first time having it and it was very good. Workers were making an order of Dubai Chocolate for a client shaped in hearts. I decided I needed them for my wedding and put in a order. Despite these conditions, and girl working at the ice cream counter was on top of it, serving up scoops with a smile. Ice cream was delicious, I got rocky road. High quality, and creamy. They have a very cute outdoor patio with fireplace a well. Interior showed dopamine decor at its finest. Gorgeous pink walls, hints of color from candy everywhere. Raffy’s is definitely a community staple, and it makes sense why!“

The staff had great customer service. I was amazed by their patience as I took it all in. The prices were responsible and the store was very clean. The ice cream tasted amazing and once they told me it comes from Shermans in Michigan, I knew that is why it was so good. It felt like a small world when they said where the ice cream comes from. I plan on returning for the holidays as I gather gifts for family and friends. This was definitely worth the 45min drive to check out. Plenty of parking and the buildings look like small town downtown area, I'm sure in the summer the line goes out the door.“

“Came in to the dining room to eat in around 8 or 8:30 p.m. Was not greeted by young woman at counter when I came in. Stood there several minutes waiting on husband and reading menu. Several people in the kitchen being loud and throwing things at each other. When he came in and we went to the counter she greeted us. Took our order. Pleasant enough. Another girl was wiping trays. We grabbed drinks. Area needed to be wiped down but the napkins, straws, lids, and ketchup area were all stocked. Went to dining room and had to go to 5 tables to find a clean one. Food came out quickly. They have changed their burgers. They are thin as paper. Like meat crepes. Seriously. Bacon was cooked the way I like it. Husband and I ordered the same sandwich, only he got a double. Apparently that changes the type of bun you get because mine was a regular hamburger bun wrapped in paper and his was a fluffy sandwich bun in a paper bowl. Receipt reflected we paid for two of the same sandwiches. So who knows the thought process there. Finished and dumped our tray. Didn't bother getting ice cream.“

The food was good and fresh and the fries was sooo hot we had to wait a couple minutes to cool down to eat...lol. Ok in all seriousness by far one of my top 10 places to eat for fresh food and great customer service as we wasn't sure what we wanted to eat because we wanted one of everything. The clerk who probably was the manager was patient and fantastic. Long story short its a must to visit this location in Tinley Park, IL. Thank You Culvers for the great experience.“

I also was able to have broccoli without butter on it which was delightful and their Cole slaw is delish, thinly sliced cabbage and a treat to eat…ps also love the bu. “I went here because a coworker of mine told me about their mushroom swiss burger. The staff were friendly and my order came quickly. Granted, it was the slower part of the day but still great service. I can appreciate that.

After trying the burger, I noticed that I didn't get that bloated or weighed-down feeling. The burger was good, the fries were good and I liked the shake. It took a spoon to really get into it, but that's to be expected when having a thick shake. All around great experience in my book.“
