“Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“This is certainly an interesting Dunkin’ location. Loses one star because of the dude who opens the door every time you’re entering and leaving. His presence makes me slightly uncomfortable, but the whole thing is so weird that it gives this location character. The sandwiches at this location are some of the best consistently I’ve had from any Dunkin’ ever. They’re quick with ‘em too, even when they’re pretty busy.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. “The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“I stopped by this Dunkin' while visiting my sister at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. Even though we were just outside the city limits, you can't escape The Windy City! This location is super convenient for anyone visiting loved ones at the hospital.The staff here are always friendly, even when dealing with crazy Chicago weather or traffic on nearby I-290. They have the coffee and breakfast sandwiches down perfectly. I got an iced coffee to combat the snow and wind that Chicago is known for this time of year. It did the trick to warm me up!Nearby you'll find classic Oak Park homes and streets laid out in a grid like elsewhere in Chicagoland. After my visit, I took a stroll by Frank Lloyd Wright's Home and Studio, just a few blocks west. It's a great reminder of why Chicago is called The City in a Garden.Whether you're a visitor or local, this Dunkin' is a spot to refuel. The prices are reasonable for hospital coffee and food. I give it 4 stars for location and quality - it won't let you down like the Cubs. Stay warm, friends!“
