Stephen almost could anticipate exactly what we needed before we even asked. Got seated right away and after reviewing the menu, went with Hokkaido Cha-Shu Ramen and small order of Karrage.Chicken was perfectly fried, only had few pieces and took the rest home because I wanted to enjoy the ramen. He spoke loud enough so everyone at the table could here him even in a noisy, crowded restaurant. He deserves a big shout out! I’ve never seen such a variety of options from a 24hr restaurant which makes it the clear choice as they have little something for everyone. “Unbelievable food. The Kabuli Palaw had some of the best lamb I’ve ever tasted. Meaty, incredibly tender, deeply spiced roasted flavor but still juicy. Fell off the bone with a breath. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, while the carrots and raisins provided a sweetness to cut the richness. A light side salad to add freshness and a chickpea curry for some creamy side made for a well-rounded meal. Super friendly owner, very warm and welcoming. Will be coming back for sure.“

“Food is all homemade ... chilliques are so good with red sauce To die for... The burgers are HUGe.... so delicious.... the fries are like no others and I personally never order fries. So they have to be good.... I did substitute the salad for the fries and was blown away how tasty it was... I mean I'm talking salad right!! “Our server Anna was perfect. The ahi tuna salad that I ordered had a generous amount of tuna and very wonderful avocado slices, along with lots of other ingredients. The three people with me loved their choices also, especially the Neat burger with an egg on it. We shared carrot cake with caramel and a lot of nuts and the huge piece was more than enough for three over-eaters. This is place to pop into for a casual, delicious meal.“

“We made a reservation, arrived on time, were told our table would not be ready for 15 min. There is no where to wait at the restaurant (no room at the bar and we had someone under 21 with us and there is no place else to wait where you are not in the way. We chose to wait outside. Why bother making reservation if the table is not ready? There were several open tables, too and upon return 15 min later those same tables were open! It's just very frustrating and this is the second time something like this has happened. If it happens again I am not so sure I will be as open to returning.“

Duck was right up there with the best we've ever had. Fried leeks as garnish was unnecessary and distracting from meal. We also had then salmon and mahi mahi. Both were done perfectly. There's a reason classic recipes stand the test of time.“

“My wife and my go to bakery spot in Chicagoland. Everything we’ve gotten here is fantastic, and it is a regular spot we will frequent until we die! Order anything and you will not be disappointed. “The Greek chicken was very good, the chicken organti was very good, the gyros were very good and the beef and chicken kabobs were very good, the flaming cheese was very good as was the service from Joseph. We were a little nervous at first because the host/owner came to the front desk numerous times and said just a minute, but eventually, everything was great in a very loud restaurant. We will go back four people four dinners 1 bottle of roditys and 1 appetizer with tip under $200“

“i used to come here when i was working nearby back in 2019. not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is super friendly. after a few visits i brought a date here and the waiter talked me up to her (in Korean), which i really appreciated haha.i would always go for the dolsot bibimbap. sent friends here years later and they said the bbq was amazing, couldn't stop raving about the place.definitely go to Chungkiwa if you're looking for delicious and authentic Korean food!“

“I decided to have french toast because of the attractive pictures on here. I tried the monthly special ube french toast. The sweet cream sandwiched between the toasts and the ube sauce were delicious. It looked very artistic too! I also like how the toasts were not drenched in syrups. My boyfriend had the smoked salmon plate and he enjoyed it too. This restaurant seems very popular as I had to wait in line for around 15 minutes on a Sunday morning before getting seated. Glad the waiting area had chairs so I didn't have to stand in line. This place is right across from Advocate Lutheran General hospital where my boyfriend will be working at. It was our first time here and he was suggesting coming here again!“

“Beautiful restaurant, screams chicago definitely very unique I had asada and pastor tacos. they were delicious they had a good amount of meat in em definitely worth their price. The horchata was delicious as well not at all watery. A taco place is as good as their salsa...if you like spicy their red salsa does the job although both are very delicious. Service was friendly and fast I got greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Definitely will be back!“
