“People here are actually really nice!So far most of my experiences at most other Dunkin’s are slightly negative, with the person behind the counter treating me like I’m the biggest inconvenience. Here they actually treat you like a normal customer, if not better! I really appreciate it!“

“I visited Dunkin for a hot chocolate, and since my sweet tolerance is low, I asked if they could add some extra milk. While the guy at the counter didn’t look super enthusiastic at first, he was still very helpful and willingly accommodated my request. Later, I realized I forgot to ask for whipped cream — and he added that too without any issue.

Overall, it was a nice experience. Nothing too fancy, but it hit the spot. I’d definitely recommend this Dunkin for a quick and decent drink stop!“

I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? The fried rice and the Mac n cheese and the jerk wings (even the vegan Mac n cheese, btw)? You don't even know. Last but not least- let me say that these folks are also so kind and thoughtful. Whether it's a heads up about something being out, bringing food to door when you aren't home, a cute note on the takeout bag, or offering a random extra juice one time when I picked up - they care about the food they are making and the community they are creating. Cannot say enough good things about this business 🙌💜“

“Dunk donuts oughta be in the world book of Guinness records. Best donuts on the planet. Was going there, 40 to 45 years ago? Still, the best. I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. “There’s ample indoor seating (high tops, low tops, couches), along with an outdoor patio, and even a conference room to work in. The staff is really attentive to detail when it comes to anticipating guests’ needs. They work with a sense of urgency too.“

“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings.
