“Came here for the first time. This is probably one of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to . We were greeted warmly by the cashier . We ordered the TantaCarne sandwich. Which was similar to an Italian . The bread was hot crusty and the meat was fresh topped with arugula. It was a very good size sandwich The sleeper were the pierogis. We ordered the pork veal beef mixed pierogis. It was sooooo good I ordered two to go. The owner came by to check on us to see if everything went well . I cannot say how great this place is . Come you will not be disappointed.“

“This Mr.Sub that’s in Berwyn off of 26th street just so everyone knows these are new owners of this Mr sub they took over a while ago and I will tell you the new owners and there food at this Mr sub is amazing the food is amazing and so good and so fresh!!! The employees that work at this Mr.sub are so nice and friendly and always give great excellent service! My daughter and I come here a lot and since we been coming here and moved to the neighborhood the food is amazing and I’ve always liked Mr.sub great food!!!!!!! This location had previous owners years ago but then these new owners took over this Mr sub and they have really turned it around and made everything better for the customers I strongly suggest that everyone and anyone goes to this Mr sub location because I think it’s the best Mr sub location I’ve ever been too and great service great food and great employees that work at this Mr sub and they all know me and my daughter cause we go to
This Mr sub a lot and there always so friendly to me and my daughter and I thank this Mr sub and your employees for how amazing they are and treat me and my daughter when we come in and we love the food food is amazing and service is amazing!!!! “Great experience, delicious food , appetizers and desserts. I like the decor in old style . It’s very convenient location , just a few steps from the CTA blue line. German beer is great and a lot of cocktails to choose from. Our Polish waiter Krzys ( Chris ) was very nice and patient . Thank you“

“I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo with a peach lemonade. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is clean and atmosphere peaceful.

Cheesesteak: Tasty. Sufficient amount of food for the price. I would order again. Now, keep in mind, I am not reviewing its authenticity but taste. There are varying schools of thought on what ingredients should be included on a Philly cheesesteak.

Fries: Fresh and delicious. They literally make perfect fries. I got mine salt-free. Yum.

Lemonade: simply delicious. I usually skip the beverage when ordering a take-out meal. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I don’t care for much sugar and this one was just sublime.

I highly recommend trying this Charley’s. This was my first time and I will certainly be back!“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Service isn't the fastest, but food is prepared as ordered. Decor is fun (Star Trek!), although starting to show its age (the poster of Mr Spock in the ladies room is getting ragged). Parking is a bear, many of the nearby spots must be paid online.“

“A lovely downtown sandwich shop. We got an Avocado BLT, Shrimp and Crab Roll, Turkey Club, and a Cubano. Everyone loved their sandwich and enjoyed the ice cream dessert too. “Good place all around. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a good place to stop. There's a big variety in sandwiches and salads to try, and of course there's pizza and panzaroti made in the word fire oven.

We had a sandwich and a salad the first time we went and they were very good. As were the cookies, and lots to choose from. Will have to go back and check their other offerings. It also has a deli counter with cheese and meats.“
