Anything I needed she made sure it was taken care of. Our day of coordinator Luis was awesome as well as all of the staff there. Everyone was super friendly and always on top of everything. Immediately after the ceremony was over we had a drink in hand and apps in our bridal suite for us. We were blown away by the food and everything from start to finish. I worked closely with Meghann Streicher to build our entire wedding day plan. She helped coordinate our timeline, cocktail hour, drinks, dinner, and dessert. Throughout months of planning, Meghann and her team were responsive, encouraging, and full of great ideas—without ever being pushy when we were indecisive. On the big day, our event director, Nate, was an absolute superstar. His calm presence instantly put us at ease. He is a true professional who kept everything running flawlessly. I loved that his staff quietly visited each table to dismiss guests for the buffet. This kept the atmosphere intimate and didn't interrupt the dinner music from our DJ (Windy City Sound). The hall is not the best for sound reinforcement as you will need a separate rig pointed to where the main entrance is to ensure you will have even coverage for all patrons.
