“I had an amazing experience at Dua. I ordered a steak with a side of mashed potatoes and a drink. It was a meal to remember.

It’s hard to find good halal steak nowadays, especially at a good price.

The food was cooked perfectly to my liking and our server, Sam, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated and was quite inviting.

You won't get many words from them. Service is a bit slow but the Food is amazing. Restaurant space is chill and accommodating, plenty of room to sit. Food comes out piping hot. Hours are loose. Show up and see whether they're open. Sometimes they'll hang out past 12 and let people sit in and relax and enjoy their meal. Great spot, glad I found it. Instant favorite.“

A couple of minor points: the biryani would benefit from a saalna or gravy accompaniment, and the masala coating on the tava fish fry felt slightly thick or caked on. Otherwise, enjoyable meal.“

The staff was super accommodating and the Veg Thali (sampler platter) was absolutely divine. My friends got the Mutton Thali and Chicken Thali and said it is some of the best food they've had in Chicago. Spice level is definitely on the hotter side of restaurants I've been to but that made for a great meal. Incredibly affordable too. At ~$15 per person and plenty of tasty leftovers that keep well, I'll definitely be making a point to return soon.“

“Tucked away from the main street in Devon is this humble place for some fantastic North Indian cuisine. Great authentic taste !!Had both the tandoori chicken and the chicken along with garlic naan and plain parathas and everything was delicious - Everything served hot and fresh. The tandoori chicken is made after ordering so will take approx 30 mins to be served but it’s worth the wait. The only thing that stuck out as an anomaly is the chicken looks more reddish than regular meat. It could be likely due to the red chilly spice used or maybe a little bit of food coloring ( not sure ).

This not a fine dine but a regular walk in restaurant with limited seating so pls set expectations accordingly. If you are a lover of Indian cuisine, highly recommend checking this out.“

The location is tricky to find as the restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall on Cumberland Avenue. We live in the northern suburbs, but were in the Norridge area on business. “I was a little hesitant about ordering a vegan sandwich here because I’m not vegan so ordered the egg sandwich with sriracha bacon. My friend ordered the vegan so I could have a taste. The sandwich arrived on a large baguette which they bake fresh daily, actually all their bread is freshly baked. It was amazing and the egg was perfectly cooked. The sriracha bacon gave the sandwich a slight kick and so tasty. I took a bite of a half of the vegan sandwich and just froze. I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. The sandwich is made on fresh toasted rye bread. I ended up devouring the whole half and had to finish my egg sandwich because I couldn’t put it down. Then I went for the hat trick. A vegan ice cream sandwich, vegan peanut butter ice cream between two rich vegan chocolate cookies. The best part is you can’t beat the price. It’s a casual place with a take out window due to COVID. I believe they may be back to indoor dining when the weather changes. However, they do have nice outdoor tables to sit at and enjoy. But if you are ever in Logan Square , be sure to check it out. They have amazing home baked pastries, cookies, and do much more. Even better, the staff at the window are fun, energetic and friendly. Be sure to ask them for recommendations.
