“Great food serving up so very tasty options. Service was slow to start but there was a festival going on so I can't blame the staff too much. Once the orders came in the food flowed well and timely. Very cute booths with plenty of privacy for all your slurping needs 😋“

“Went for the first time on a Saturday for dinner around 6:30pm. It was crowded but didn't have to wait to be seated.

We had the brussel sprouts, karaage bun and I had the Goku Tonkatsu Ramen. Everything was really good. Service was good as well.

Will definitely be back.“

I tried the spicy tonkotsu ramen and was actually pleasantly surprised that it had real heat to it 😄🌶️. A lot of places label things as “spicy,” but this one genuinely delivers on that kick, which I really appreciated.
The noodles had a perfect texture 🍜👌, and the pork tonkotsu was tender with just the right thickness and richness. Everything came together really well in one bowl.
Overall, a fantastic ramen experience that stands out from many other spots in the city. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 🙌✨“

“Honestly so glad we finally stumbled into this place. It’s tucked away right by the Thorndale stop and has the best vibe, very low-key, intimate, and has great private booth seating.
The service was great, and the staff made us feel welcome the second we walked in.
As for the food, everything hit the mark. We started with the agedashi tofu, which was beautifully prepared, and followed it up with a beef gyudon bowl and a bento box packed with savory beef and crispy chicken karaage. For dessert, they have a fish-shaped pastry with a pandan leaf custard filling that is a must-try.
It’s easily one of the best spots for Japanese comfort food in Edgewater. We didn't get a chance to try the ramen this time around, but we are absolutely coming back for it.“

If you love ramen and you are on a budget visit this restaurant Monday thru Friday during their lunch hour and try the ramen set which even has a vegetarian option if you don't like meat. I always get a donburi bowl 🥣 or raw salmon don and tuna bowl. The portions here are extremely generous and the taste and presentation is also excellent. “I dined at Neko Sushi and tried their tuna and avocado fried rolls, and they are the reason I’ve already been back three times in the past two weeks since finding this neighborhood gem. My fiancé ordered the shrimp in a blanket and they were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. I had the ramen both times and it was absolutely delicious. My fiancé tried the pad thai with shrimp on one visit and the basil shrimp fried rice on another, and both dishes were full of flavor and so satisfying. Neko Sushi has quickly become one of our favorites. Everything we’ve tried has been consistently fresh and tasty. Oh and they are BYOB!“

“I decided to check out this local ramen restaurant which is right next to Thorndale train station. I ordered the Tonkotsu spicy ramen and I must say it was delicious.

The only critique is that I only got 2 pieces of meat, and the bowl did not have much veggies in it like your average ramen spot. However, it was pretty good and I’ll definitely visit again.“

Yes, you can still eat good, late. The Japanese food here is to be enjoyed in their izakaya vibes, which are casual pubs that you can grab lots of small dishes to sample. Honorable mention to the Chicken Curry Ramen and Taiyaki with ice cream - my two favorite items from my visit! I also had a really good Mai Tai and lychee martini. Go check them out for some good food and tell em that Bri from Planes and Plates sent you!“
