“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“3rd time in a row... waited 5 mins each for two cars ahead of me to even start their order then caught in line for another 20... i could see the attendant giving and taking back wrong bags and of course my order was wrong when i drove up... was then handed a large coke that felt awfully light... opened it up and it was packed to the brim with crushed ice and about 4 ozs of flat soda -- cup was less then half full... I asked for a new one when she handed me a bag of soggy cold tots and a cold bacon cheeseburger... she didn't like that I was mildly frustrated so I just drove away without my replacement soda or a refund -- and my cold soggy crap that I threw away in disgust... just didn't wanna be there anymore and because only God knows what would have went into the replacement... again, 3rd time is a charm... I get the labor environment -- but this one should close until they can properly staff... ain't fair to paying customers... I mean, really... get a grip... she didn't even give me a receipt -- though I got a prompt receipt from the bank... only thing they do well is charge those cards immediately...“

“They have the most delicious ice cream! My boys and I really enjoy it. Also they serve pup cups and our little doggie Bean loves it 😊 Very friendly staff!“

“Very friendly service. Ice cream was okay. Unfortunately it was melting as soon as they handed me my cone, even though it was a cooler night. I can't imagine how hard it would have been to enjoy it on a warm day. Not sure why their product turned to liquid so quickly. Couldn't even get a photo of the actual cone because it was melting so fast.“

“Delicious treats, clean and well decorated environment, and the owner and her children are very friendly and helpful.
We have tried bubble waffles, crepes, banana pudding, regular ice cream cones and the Dubai chocolate which have all been great.“

“Best dairy product shop in the Merro area, in my opinion. However, Frozen Yogurt is not ice cream, so others may think differently. They rarely don't have a line at the drive through, "in einter" if that tells you anything. Lines in summer can get pretty long, but they also host music events, that draw large crowds on weekends, in nice weather.

Kid-friendliness: Very, although, it is open to the parking, so keep an eye on small children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open, outdoor. fully paved, plus a drive through. Could not get more accessible, if you tried.“

“What is better than home cooked? They believe in flavor here. I have tried most of the food menu and loved everything so far. The momma drinks are awesome and the ice cream hasn’t disappointed. I recommend them and I am a regular.“
