“Came here on Saturday. They made my Italian sub perfectly. I've had plenty of Jersey Mike's subs over the years. This was the first time the ingredients all made it onto the sandwich and were perfectly placed. Normally it looks like they apply the toppings with a shotgun. John was the worker that built what I called the absolute best Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had. Great job!“

“This is a great dining and go restaurant. There are so many different selections for pretty much anyone. They had gyros and sub sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs, chicken and salad. Lots to choose from. There is seating inside and plenty of parking easy to get in and off of the restaurant from route 45.“

When I thought I was placing the order at the store, it was in door dash and they charged $18.97 and will not issue a credit. Be careful placing your order. “I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“This is genuinely one of the best Jimmy John's around. The evening shift employees (two female workers) are very cordial & friendly. I get off of work late & always appreciate a well-crafted sandwich for dinner, and they always get the order right. The app is convenient, I have been utilizing it for years. Some JJ locations are a hit or miss but I never had an issue here. My experience is anecdotal after all, but consistency undeniably counts for something! 🥖

It just tastes identical to a burger but it’s vegetarian, best thing ever if you don’t eat red meat. Best to buy in a combo meal, if you buy separately your total is almost $20. Staff is extremely attentive and makes sure to accommodate to your needs. Though I was being charged $18 and my total dropped to $12 once i asked If i couldn’t get my burger as a combo instead of everything being charged separately, other than that lovely place. 100% worth your money!“

They also pay attention to my customizations. So many other locations just leave the lettuce on when I ask for no lettuce. This location always gets it right.“

Always a peaceful atmosphere with friendly staff. Ordered the pancake combo with bacon and eggs. No complaints, it was all good. Was hoping to add a little fizz to my order but the soda machine was broken. I opted for a lemonade instead.
