“So recently I visited the subway in Orland Hills, service I received here was absolutely phenomenal. The employees were patient kind understanding and very helpful while I was ordering my food typically when you go to most subway locations, and by the way, I’m not dissing them, the service isn’t as well, plain and simple. You’ll feel like they cheap out, and you feel like you’re being rushed. Unlike this location I received very good service and I am very, very happy with how clean the store looks. It doesn’t feel like I’m in another country getting food. It feels like I’m at Subway in itself. I believe this location represents the brand very well. “I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.“

“I always get peanut butter and jelly on blueberry bagel this is first time it was not the greatest. But in the past has always been great. The young kids working need to learn to TALK. You can’t understand them. Learn to talk English please. Not everyone know Spanish Which I would love to learn . Have to work on that.“

“I visited Fitchy's Home of the Hogie yesterday. I purchased the impossible Hogie and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. Much shorter wait time and travel time then going to the Home Of the Hogie in Chicago.“

“The staff at the Homer Glen Jersey Mike's is fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They are as fast as they can be. Their business model does mean the food takes a little longer than say, subway, but it is definitely worth the extra 1-2 minutes.“

“You have to fill your order out on a small paper bag when you walk in. I didn't realize that until it was my turn at the counter and had to go back and fill out a bag (I definitely wasn't the only one who did this). This was something that I guess tries to set them apart but is just more of a hassle.

The sandwich was great! I would reccomend getting th large size if you are looking for a comparable size sandwich to competitors, like JJ's and JM's. I would definitely go back.“

Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

Haven't been disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches either, ingredients taste fresh and they don't skimp on toppings. “I am a frequent visitor with the Jimmy John’s in Crestwood Illinois. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a bad meal. Peter, Naya and Samantha, along with the rest of the staff are Friendly and always make sure my order is correct. They are great representatives for the store. I highly recommend that you try it.

“I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“
