“I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.“

“I have been going to the homer glen location and it is always super clean and nice inside! i love coming here and i just want to commend the guy who made my sandwich John H. I always ask for extra mayo and then the workers at other locations usually add a little bit and spread it thinly, but john h did an amazing job and really listens to what the customers ask for and want. he doubled checked to make sure my order was correct and that i had everything on it. he is very personable, friendly, genuine, professional, and polite from the brief encounters i have had with him. Aside from getting my sandwich, he makes the jersey mikes experience even better. the sandwiches and lunch meat always seem very fresh and this is the jersey mikes to go too along with the staff!“

“This is a great dining and go restaurant. There are so many different selections for pretty much anyone. They had gyros and sub sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs, chicken and salad. Lots to choose from. There is seating inside and plenty of parking easy to get in and off of the restaurant from route 45.“

“I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! Kudos to the employee making the sandwiches, as busy as it was they were friendly calm and cool! The employee has some arm tats and I’m only saying that so their recognized by management, 200% will be back!!!!!!“

When I thought I was placing the order at the store, it was in door dash and they charged $18.97 and will not issue a credit. Be careful placing your order. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“It's a decent place for a decent quick meal when you're starving coming out of school or work. My favorite go-to is Bootlegger with lots of peppers!
I do think service has gone downhill over the years, though I have worked here a good few years ago when it was bustling.
I do wish the hot peppers were more spread out on the sandwich rather than clumped in the back fold...It's not 5-star food, but it'll fill you up.“
