“THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE: I just wanted to say that I am completely floored by the customer service of this location. This afternoon I went through the drive through with my two daughters and purchased our lunch. Brian was the gentleman who helped us. When I drove up to pay I noticed that I had misplaced my credit card and began to panic- I asked him if he could hold my food so that I could run home and grab cash and be right back to pick it up. He said that he trusted me (a stranger) and insisted to go home to feed the kids and come back to pay when I could. I of course ran right back- but just having someone like that trust in a complete stranger was incredible. What could have been an extremely stressful situation instead turned into an experience that made me remember that people can be good and kind. Thank you Brian at the Plainfield potbelly. I am in awe of the redeeming satisfactory I received from the manager of this location today after I had a mishap with my order and unfortunately didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Not only offering to add a credit for this but to deliver to me no questions. I originally order through the drive through, She also added an item we had ordered and didn't receive in our total at the restaurant. She kindly made her way out to where I live with no questions! You would never know what this kind gesture did to my heart on this day. 🩷 Thank you 🥹“

“Best subway I've ever been to. Everything always seems fresh, orders usually get made fast, unless there's a ton of people, and I've had no issues with my orders being wrong. The regular employees are always polite and easy to work with. The only thing holding me back from visiting more often is the ever-increasing prices, but otherwise a solid place to go when I've got nothing ready at home.“
