“We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Sullivan's Steakhouse last night and it just felt right from the start. Great energy, great food, and the kind of atmosphere you want for a night like that. They really went the extra mile too. A personalized card and flower petals on the table when we sat down, a photo card to take home, and a complimentary dessert with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate. Those little touches made it feel special. Manny was awesome. Attentive, easy to talk to, and had a great feel for timing. Never rushed, never waiting on anything. Really appreciate how the whole night came together. We’ll be back.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our Nov. 2024 wedding rehearsal at Cut 158 and were completely impressed and happy with our experience. The food is excellent and the service was top notch. The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Joliet location. We stopped there after taking my grandmother to the casino and she didn’t have her wheelchair. She walks but very slowly. The staff was super kind and made sure she had a walkway and opened all the doors for her. They didn’t rush her or make her feel bad for taking a while! They cared and were so helpful! Great food and great staff! Thank you!“
“Had a great experience dining in with my family. The server Bryan was very knowledgeable about the menu and guided us through. The server assistant Amelia was so very kind and was on top of her game.
The manager Tony was very attentive and was on top of everything in the dining room.

“This was my first time at this one. My husband and I enjoyed the Canberra chopped steak with creamy mushroom sauce and cheesecake for dessert. We got the Aussie 3 course meal, which comes with an entree, a side, soup or salad, and cheesecake for $14.99. I really like the layout of this place more than the other locations. It's cozy and there was no wait when we got there when they opened. It was a much more enjoyable experience. Our waitress was really nice and friendly.“

“In the past my experience at this location has been very average. Tonight was exceptional. The food was prepared perfectly, our steaks were prepared as requested, everything came out at the proper temperature, and nothing was over seasoned.
The highlight was our server. Sam was one of the best I've had in years. She was attentive and great at anticipating our needs. She went over and above the average with her patience, answering our endless questions, and following our requests perfectly. Sam made our birthday celebration a very special one.“

“This place was awesome....short wait to get seated....the waiter was on top of everything r food and appetizer came out right away def gonna come back.... 💖💖For the appetizer we got garlic Parmesan crusted loaded fries which was amazing💖💖 💖💖I had the Redrock Shrimp over rice and seasoned fries with the shrimp and lobster chowder and omg it was Soo good 💖💖💖 💖💖💖My boyfriend got the 20oz steak with bacon Mac and cheese and shrimp and lobster chowder💖💖💖 💖💖My boyfriend son got garlic parm crusted chicken with bacon Mac and cheese as well and the shrimp and lobster chowder💖💖 Everything was sooo delicious and hot and came.out very quick ...so we will def be coming back here again bc the service from the staff was phenomenal This place was awesome....short wait to get seated....the waiter was on top of everything r food and appetizer came out right away def gonna come back....“
