“I’m not sure how long this place has been open for because I’ve never seen it before, but my experience was great. The place is small and I had to wait for seating because everyone decided they wanted tacos today too. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the birria and lengua tacos. The meat is tender and the tortillas are hand made with love. The agua frescas are refreshing and delicious. There is a lot of Mexican restaurants in the area but this is only one of two that I know of that has a drive through which makes it so much more convenient when you just want to pick up food quick. The steak tacos are seasoned well and I love that they give you a handful of tortilla chips with the taco dinner. I also like that they automatically give you sour cream, most places you have to ask for it and get charged extra. The rice and beans are good too. The other thing I really love is their tortillas. I ordered 3 meals and everything was outstanding. My own personal meal reminded me of a meal I got back home in St. Louis and could not be replicated in the Chicagoland area. The lomo en chile with a side of jalapeños. I mean outstanding. So much flavor and great portion size. As full as I was I couldn't stop eating it. The other 2 were asada taco dinners. Outstanding once again. Very authentic. Also got a large horchata and Jarritos. All of that food for only $50. Not only will I be going here again but I am having my company order meals for the store lunches we do. Do yourself a favor and come here for lunch or dinner.
