The service was great, friendly and quick! It was a nice touch that an owner/manager came and visited with us and share some history of the Resturant. “First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“

“Had dinner last night. We had an excellent server named Carly. She was extremely friendly and answered our questions. She came back to the table several times to check on us.
It was refreshing to dine out and be treated so nicely.
We also chatted with Patrick the manager who we talked with each time we have been to FatPour and he is an absolute sweetheart too.
All in all good experience and we will return!

“My flight got canceled so it was the end of a long day when I finally made it to the Hilton Garden Inn, but the service at the hotel was great and the Cobb salad at the restaurant tasted like I had just picked everything fresh from the garden. Definitely stay here again!“

The service is excellent... the wait staff, bartenders and bus boys were attentive, quick and knowledgeable. Everything I've ever had here is great. But it is not inexpensive! One of our favorite dishes is the cauliflower... but it is $24! My friend ordered the octopus, which was perfectly cooked and came with crispy chickpeas and potatoes. So good! I ordered the tostadas de pescado, which was also delicious. Although pricey... I will definitely be back.“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“Great food choices. For ex. Goat & date salad with skirt steak for $35 was delicious. The entrees got to us fast although in the beginning was somewhat slow. Desert wise there are few other sweeter choices around. Overall though I would recommend the place.“

“Service was slow and someone in our party never received their food because of some “mix up.” Not sure if the mistake was made by the server or in the kitchen. The manager came by and had the kitchen prepare it and said we wouldn't be charged. At that point, the rest of the party was pretty much done eating so we took it to go. When we got the check, the meal was not taken off the bill and it took some time getting that resolved. But the food we did receive tasted great. Could have been an “off” night so we plan to give it another try.“

Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “Don’t order the short rib mini sandwiches! They were 90 percent fat. When I informed the waitress she indicated that there is always fat on those sandwiches. My sandwich was mostly grizzle and fat. My friend had the same thing but hers at least had some meat.“

“I’ve been coming to this bar/restaurant for years and never had a bad experience. I hosted my birthday party this past weekend and our server Deanna was the absolute best! She was attentive, efficient, and friendly. She accommodated a party of 15 and made it look easy. We never had to look for her because she was constantly making her rounds and checking on us. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and it made my birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back!“

“First timer, walked into restaurant with a wonderful greeting. The shrimp ane calamari appetizers were amazing. Did not enjoy my Entrée especially the Mac and cheese. It was too soupy. Asked for another one and the same type of soupy consistency was delivered. Dessert was meant to have a good presentation but toppled over before arriving at the table but was still served to me.

“A very pleasant “go-to” for a meal. Food is very good. Service is friendly but can be spotty depending. Location at Wilmette Golf Course is very nice with large windows overlooking golf course and outside seating. In the winter, the fireplace warms the view. Recommend.“
