“We’re huge fans of The Bear, which steered us here on our Chicago trip - so glad we found this place! We loved the mushroom adobo and longnanisa breakfast sandwich! “I was looking forward to dining at Feld as it struck me as a restaurant with a distinct point of view. However, it fell well short of the admittedly lofty expectations I had set for it. My favorite part of the experience was the staff- everyone was passionate, genuine, and welcoming. The food had some really good moments throughout. I really appreciated the attempt at showcasing the season’s bounty in all its forms, even if it meant an inordinate number of dishes starring tomatoes. And overall, the food was tasty. Where it fell short to me was in the quality of the ingredients and in how they were presented. If you’re going to feature a thick slice of an heirloom tomato at this price point, it better come close to being the best slice of tomato that I’m going to ever eat. Unfortunately, it didn’t come anywhere near. Same for the other fruit on offering- I’ve eaten better berries and melon bought from Whole Foods. That being said, the different preparations of corn were delightful. The plating was very hit or miss. And while I appreciated ending the meal by the backyard fire pit, I think the garden variety s’more offered was a missed opportunity to end with something more interesting. Overall, I liked Feld but didn’t love it. The price point is too steep for its current iteration. I think there is a lot of potential here but also a lot to sort through.“

“I had a great time wine tasting here! We sat out on their patio, which was secluded and quiet. The perfect armosphere for a catch up with friends or a date night. The food is delicious too. My favorite was the shrimp ceviche. On Wednesdays, they do happy hour specials on tasting flights! I really enjoyed the Mediterranean white flight. Their broader wine list is also incredibly diverse, representing many regions and flavors. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This is the place to go if you’re looking for a delightfully creative cocktail list and scrumptious food options. We hit this place for brunch and were not disappointed. We had the burger, sausage, jam and egg sando on a milk bun, the earl grey cinnamon (it comes warm by the way), fried potatoes and the matcha raspberry GF cake and Bloody Marys. All of it I would order again with the exception of the GF situation.
The vibe is amazing, loved the design and the service was spectacular.“

“My wife and I visited Chief O’Neil’s last night for a late drink during a quick trip to Chicago. We were personally greeted and served by proprietor Anluan McKinney who took great care of us and told us about the pub’s history. The food and drinks were wonderful and the pub was clean, comfortable, and authentic. It may be my favorite Irish pub in the US.“

“We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!“

“Been there several times since opening during the week and this past Sunday, took our grandson which was home from college , he loved it too, invited a good friend from church will be there Wednesday. Check it out proud to say its in our neighborhood.“

They have a lot of different options on draft, and also have a great selection of higher end whiskey and tequila.

When I swung by they had two gluten free beers on their menu, unfortunately they were out of both, but glad that they offer them at least.

Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. There is no doubt in my mind that this place eventually will be a five star restaurant. The food was phenomenal service atmosphere But I will tell you this much. Don’t go there with your good. Looks thinking you’re gonna buy something bring your cash, but it’s well worth it. The wife and I cannot wait to go back to try something else.“
