“Best Al pastor and quesadilla in recent memory. Burrito had generous quantity of meat. I had ordered the Quesadilla with steak added. It was served open-faced, with a layer of cheese that was delightfully crispy on the outside and gooey underneath (like you normally only get on the edges) and the steak was on top of the cheese with cilantro, onion, and avo. Friendly staff shared meat treats with our pup. Two tables, shade, and front row seats to the meat roasting on a spit over hot coals. Will crave this until we visit again!!“

“This was our 2nd time coming to Zombie Taco with our kids and they loved it! Such a fun decor and not the traditional seating. It’s a bar-type atmosphere but it has a ton of old-school games that we can play (that was such a hit with all of us!) The food is so good and priced well. The drinks are amazing and really great customer service. It’s even kid-friendly! (Suggest going earlier though if you plan to bring your kids.) Our family LOVES Zombie Taco!!“

“Digos tacos is a neighborhood gem. This place has changed owners several times while living here and I recently went a few times and was not disappointed. Their meat is flavorful, their micheladas are bomb, and the quesabirria tacos are delicious. The food is well priced & the owners/chefs even made my golden retriever a plain carne asada taco and gave her a water bowl. 10/10“

“Could be a little cleaner on the counter and table tops but it was lunch time busy. Had the Specials of the Day: Lomo Burrito ($9.99) and Carnitas Tacos ($2.99) and reg price Al Pastor Taco ($3.99). The chucks of carnitas need to be smaller, they were way too big for tacos. The quality of food though was consistently just as good as their other locations. The Al Pastor was especially tasty carved off the gyros like spit.“

“The food at Fuego is absolutely amazing. I love their Tortilla soup. The homemade guacamole is good enough to be its own food group! Their staff are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered.
We were fortunate enough to go in on one of their Thursday night karaoke nights with All Mixed Up Entertainment. The sound was incredible and the singers were very talented. Even our waitresses, L and Pricila, got up to sing their hearts out. Lots of fun. We will definitely be back!“

“Stopped in by chance just passing bcus my daughter wanted to purchase a water and this was the first place we saw after she requested water. Decided to order tacos and they were absolutely delicious. We had the carne asada and it was so flavorful. We ordered as a take out order but the presentation was very neat and colorful with garnishes of red pepper, lime and radish. Nice staff also.“

“Had such a good experience at Solana in Wicker Park.
The tacos were absolutely delicious and full of flavor, but honestly the rooftop view might’ve made the experience even better. Sitting above the Blue Line tracks with a full view of the Chicago skyline felt so cinematic — especially on a sunny day.
The combination of great food, city views, trains passing by, and the colorful murals around the neighborhood made this feel like such a perfect Chicago spot. Easily one of my favorite rooftop experiences in the city.“

“Good quiet Taco place. Tortillas are handmade and big. The carne asada and al pastor meat is cooked perfect with a lil char on the asada. A cash only place but also takes zelle/quickpay. Not too busy but good place if you want a quick but delicious bite.“

“Cabos Tacos in dowtown Chicago located at 15 W. Washington Avenue offers the best Shrimp and Cheese Tacos in the city, paired with incredible homemade hot sauces. There’s no need to travel to the Pilsen neighborhood for authentic Mexican flavors. I tried their Shrimp Tacos, and they were a delicious monster of a meal that sent me to heaven and back. I can’t wait to return for more. Congratulations to Cabos Tacos for being on the culinary cutting edge of high-quality Mexican food—you truly represent Chicago well.
