“I worked for Francesca’s, the Italian restaurant, for over 12 years and loved the food there. When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. The dressing on the salad was unmatched, and the bolognese sauce had such depth to it, it was insane. Thanks Sonny’s!!“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Connor took good care of my mom’s birthday celebration lunch. Connor was so delightful & charming when serving us. Our meals were delicious and done fast . So fast that Connor offered to keep them under the warmer for us , if we needed more time to finish eating our soup and salads . Can’t wait to go back so we can request him . We had a great time. “I normally don’t visit zupas due to a bad experience in this past at a different location but I decided to try it again the other day and this very sweet girl at the front greeted and helped me decide what i wanted, her name was lilly and she made me feel welcome. Not only that but i proceeded to order the turkey bacon avacado sandwich and it was great. Definitely Remedied my last experience.“

“Happened upon this place and decided to give it a try. I'm thoroughly impressed! From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.“

“Had a wonderful time there. The service was great. Everything is hand made. The staff is very friendly. They answered questions I had about carbs and made sure they got it correct by asking the chef as well. Their sauce for the chips is absolutely amazing. I could have ordered 30 ounces of it and drank it. It was phenomenal. Britney was my server. She was amazing. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone.“

“Is the second time I do a to go pick up and I never received the silverware and the chocolate and no napkins and on top of that they want a tip for a bad service just five stars for the food always great. And the chicken and gnocchi soup came without gnocchi“

“We came with a mobile order, we had to wait for about 5 ish minutes. They were super apologetic which was nice. After we got our food went home. When we checked the bag my bowl was missing. We called the store and the manager was super problem solving, and considerate. He compensated us with a pastry. Honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I've had“

“Placed a pickup order through a third-party delivery app for a you-pick-two and a chicken bacon rancher. I picked the turkey and cheddar for my sandwich and the broccoli cheese for my soup. I walked in, saw my name on the screen and picked up my order from the counter without any wait. Even after the 15min drive home, the hot items were still warm and tasty and the cold sandwich was yummy too. This Panera doesn't have a direct entry/exit to the main roads but it's not hard to get to and has plenty of parking.“

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“
