“Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼‍♀️“

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I went in here looking for the next door owner and I came out with a great experience. I bought a warm carrot muffin. It was the best muffin I've ever had and my toddler loved it too. “My girl loves to visit this establishment specifically because she says that it is where they make the best drinks and she is very right, we have visited other DD establishments nearby and she always has to modify the flavor but in this establishment all the employees make the perfect flavor. “I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. I highly recommend it!“

“Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

As a final note, I must say that there were eight [8] employees I observed working on the morning of 7/28/24. All eight certainly appeared to be of East Indian descent. Respectively, it would be nice to see the establishment represent Richton village more since the demographic is 88% "Black" American.“

“This Dunkin is alright but they charge you full price for refills. So I would go to the other Calumet city Dunkin because they do give you a big discount for refills they only charge $1.90 for an extra large refill. This Dunkin charged me $3.20 for an extra large refill.“
