“5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �“

“The food is fresh. You can taste that they make their own salsa, for example. The veggies on my salad were bright and crisp. In comparison to other places, you can tell you are eating fresh food. The coffee is good. They have lots of seating. Service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Good prices. Local. Easy parking. What more can you ask for? “Look I'm not a very big coffee drinker, but WOW! I didn't get the pleasure of meeting the "Barista" my work partner picked up the coffee as I hung back in work van. “My kids love going to play cafes. We decided to come as a fun thing to do before school starts. my kids had a blast. So many fun little spaces, a lot of space, plenty of seating and clean. The food was excellent, my daughter had the cheese quesadilla and I.had the grilled chicken sandwich. (Chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had). I highly recommend and we will be back.“

“Nice little airport restaurant for a ligtht meal and a view of the aircraft. It's the only restaurant at the Dupage airport. Everything is like new. Staff is welcoming. Food is good. Open weekdays 9am to 2pm. Tables along the windows for viewing airport activities.“

“My friend and I discovered this gaming cafe located in the corner of an almost empty parking lot. Since the start of the pandemic, we've been gaming here and we haven't done that bad. Not big wins, but not to many losses either. We both agree that Kolinkos manager (lady who tends the bar for majority of time, always has a smile) is such a friendly person and she does her best.customer services is good and our experience has been that our experience has been a positive one and I hope more people start to give this place a try. You'll find a very nice lady who tends majority of the time. Its a possibility that family will come and help her out by covering her Shift here and there. After this it cool to see them join in the fun and pay. come here often as the peopleyone is very welcoming. has been 4 star treatment“

“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“

Was also happy to see a South Elgin location since Schaumburg's just a little too far for me! The entrance to their parking lot though is awkward, it's right behind a BWW--I missed it the first time and almost had to loop around through the main road.
