“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! “I went to this place for the hotdog special, two hotdogs, drink and fries. I order three specials, and the guy asked me if I needed a six 6 hot dogs 🌭. 😂. And I say I need three special with the two hotdogs, fries and drink, and he kept asking me if I needed a six hotdog. He asked me two more times and I have to agree with a guy. Yes, I needed to six hotdogs!!!! I told this guy to put the hot peppers on the side, but he told me that he already have them on the hog dogs by the time I ask him so he couldn’t remove the damn hot peppers which is a shame because I don’t want the peppers on the hotdogs I want him on the side very very fast no doubt about that, but if you tell them how you decide to have your hotdogs don’t count on that“
