It combines the subtle caramel warmth of bourbon and the nutty crunch of pecans. The service at City Scoops has always been friendly and efficient. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by.“

“We got a four and six piece chicken tender basket. We had to wait a very long time for our food which we thought that meant it would be super fresh. Nope! Fries were old and the chicken tenders were overcooked in what tasted like old oil. The toast and ranch were yummy. Best part was the staff. The three ladies we encountered smiled and were very kind and friendly.“

“Very friendly service. Ice cream was okay. Unfortunately it was melting as soon as they handed me my cone, even though it was a cooler night. I can't imagine how hard it would have been to enjoy it on a warm day. Not sure why their product turned to liquid so quickly. Couldn't even get a photo of the actual cone because it was melting so fast.“

“Best dairy product shop in the Merro area, in my opinion. However, Frozen Yogurt is not ice cream, so others may think differently. They rarely don't have a line at the drive through, "in einter" if that tells you anything. Lines in summer can get pretty long, but they also host music events, that draw large crowds on weekends, in nice weather.

Kid-friendliness: Very, although, it is open to the parking, so keep an eye on small children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open, outdoor. fully paved, plus a drive through. Could not get more accessible, if you tried.“

“What is better than home cooked? They believe in flavor here. I have tried most of the food menu and loved everything so far. The momma drinks are awesome and the ice cream hasn’t disappointed. I recommend them and I am a regular.“

“Probably the best shake I have had in my entire life. Brownie Batter ice cream with oreo toppings, I highly recommend. Was there on the 4th of July in the evening, seemed like the family was there working rather than non-family staff, which I appreciate.“

“My brother is terminally ill. One of two things on his bucket list were to 1) go deep sea fishing - which can’t happen, and 2) try Gooey Buttercake Ice Cream. After running everywhere yesterday to try to find it, with no luck, as a last ditch effort I went in to Annie’s. They did not have it on the menu but Emily (the owner) was so considerate when she heard what was happening that she decided to attempt to make it on her own for me to pick up today. She told me everyone said it was delicious who tried it. Unfortunately, my brother will likely not be able to taste it as he is relatively unresponsive within a very short 24 hour period. The service, the support, them going above and beyond from what I could have ever dreamed of is absolutely beyond words. I’m sure Tom would have loved it. Thank you, Emily! “This place has gotten so much better! The new staff is amazing. Everyone has been SO nice and professional. The building is so clean and the quality of the products seems so much better. We use to completely avoid this place but we absolutely love coming for donuts or ice cream now!“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. “Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“If you like smash burgers then Freddy's is for you. The burgers were very good. They serve very thin fries that some how are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They have three different fry sauces jalapeno, smokey and original. Original was my favorite. Service was very fast and the restaurant was clean.“

The people who waited on us were very good - they helped us all order what we were looking for - and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant and was very pleased with all who work there.
