“I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. I appreciated her genuine approach and the food was amazing. She even gave me two cookies for free! I’ll definitely come back due to her impeccable service!“

“while they usually do great I ordered 2 of the big Kahana tubs today. I've never had one but as the sandwich and pictures show, it's not supposed to have lettuce. I had half my teeth removed a few weeks ago and lettuce is just not doable for me. highly disappointed.“

“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“Superb lunch spot with clean spacious booths suitable for conversation. Blissfully no music playing! The food was prepared and brought to our table in 5 minutes. The McAllister club was nice to split with my wife, with fresh ingredients and a sweet sauce with just a hint of spice…mostly mayo but there is something more going on there. Potato salad was fresh…..a little bland but that’s OK. Can’t beat the affordable prices.“

“I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. “The employees here work hard and always have my online orders on time. Only ever had one issue where I wanted extra banana peppers and got a total of 4 of them, other than that the kids working here deserve raises. They are always courteous and respectful every time I stop here which is a ton.“
