“My first time at venue and a Hard Candy event. Venue and staff were superb on all fronts and rated a round on me. Event was extremely entertaining and well paced. Nice price for occasion. To note for first timers: you can skip the line and enter venue for drinks/food. Thank you for a wonderful evening and facilitating Rupaul’s Drag Race contestants to showcase talents. Big time props.“

“My husband and I stopped in during the Pride event just looking for the first place we found with food, and not only was the music and atmosphere super cool, we got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and I swear, it was THE BEST pizza 👏🏻 I’ve 👏🏻 ever 👏🏻 had. The service was great, the food was affordable. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I stumbled upon this gem on Halloween and it has easy become me and my friends favorite spot to unwind and enjoy a nice cocktail. The Passport is relaxing, family ran , and very intimate, the music is 10/10, the drinks are handcrafted by some amazing Bartenders who knowledgeable and friendly, it’s a must try! I definitely know you won’t be disappointed!“

“I’ve been coming to grizzly bear for years with friends and family. I love the atmosphere inside and outside. The historical building is absolutely gorgeous. Marie was mine and my sisters bartender and she was so sweet and attentive. Absolutely love her! 10/10 definitely recommend. The wings are delicious and I love playing darts in the front room. Never a dull moment at the grizzly bear.“

“When I say this place is a vibe.... baby it hits every time. Very very hard to get a waitress or a drink from the bar...I had to wait until others were at the table with me, as I didn't want to lose the table. “It all looks great, the vibes, the food, the service, the employees. Looks very welcoming and affordable. I think it's going to be 5 stars if you can read a book by the cover. “If you’re anywhere near 1428 Tap Haus, do yourself a favor and stop in. The atmosphere is exactly what a neighborhood spot should be...homey, welcoming, relaxed, and full of good people. You can tell right away this isn’t some cookie-cutter bar. It feels like the kind of place where strangers become regulars after one visit. Misty and her daughter Mystical were incredibly friendly and made all of us Missouri guys feel right at home. Great service, great drinks, live music, and just an all-around good vibe from the moment you walk in the door. You can tell a lot about a place by the people running it, and 1428 Tap Haus has the kind of warmth and personality that keeps you wanting to come back. Looking forward to many more nights there!“

“I was there for a few minutes. I’m not a drinker or someone you usually find at a bar but I love the hometown familiarity. Many people I grew up with were there. The owner is a fantastic, tough as nails, iconic type of woman. We need more business owners and entrepreneurs like her. I’ll write more when I have more to say! I believe Sue & her establishment deserve a full 5-star review.“

“The Cabin is a great location for a good meal and some local entertainment. There are plenty of TVs for watching sports. There are three different seating areas inside, screened deck and outside deck. There are a few games setup for playing bags or bocce ball.“

Haven't bought food from here but their drinks pretty good and affordable.
The ambience is nice, relatively spacey outdoors, kinda tight indoors, seats and tables outside* available. Friends have hosted parties* here before and it went well both times. The place gets loud from people's voices when you're outside, live music often playing indoor.
Bartenders pretty nice. They have bathrooms on lower floor and upper floor.
They have a pet turtle you often see hanging out in the water 🐢“

“I've only been a few times but seems to be a fun and inclusive place to meet some interesting characters and play pool.
Oh and I'm sure other reviews have mentioned it but THE WINGS. Do not sleep on the wings their buffalo sauce is chefs kiss 😘
Edit: all the bartenders I have met have treated me with respect despite my weirdness, my kind of place“

“No joke, these are the best drinks I have ever had in St. Louis! Jack’s mixology talents should be patented! Hayden’s is the perfect blend of chill and fun! Monday karaoke is always a good time, and the crowd is always supportive no matter the song or the singer. All the other days are full of good drinks and good laughs. If you have a choice between going home and having a memorable night at Hayden’s, do yourself a favor, and go make some memories at Hayden’s!“
