“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I pulled into the drive-thru at this Arby's location for a quick, hearty meal while out on the highway. The service was impressively fast, and the employee taking my order was incredibly cheerful and polite. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and a side of curly fries, and both arrived hot and fresh the beef was sliced thin and piled high, and the fries had that perfect, seasoned crunch. The only slight drawback was that they forgot to toss a few extra Arby's sauce packets into the bag, but the food itself was spot on for a quick and satisfying roadside lunch.“

“We just went through the drive-thru, but White Castle food is always as good as expected. The service was friendly, but it took a very long time for us to get our order. I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. And I knew which part of the chicken each piece was..Whoever cooked that chicken, knows exactly what they are doing..The line was long too, Grade, A+“

Update on 5/4/26 - I literally purchase sandwiches at least 2-3 times a week if not 4. Same thing, Number 8, Sub Club Mike's Way with pickles. This location is closer to me than others but they are not consistent. This time the cheese and meat were cut so thin, I couldn't taste the cheese and the meat was lost amongst the bread and vegetables. At $12 a sandwich, this is disappointing yet again.

3/25/26 I purchase sandwiches from this shop almost weekly. Today, I received the most disappointing service. The guy with the red beard and hair made like I annoyed him because I didn’t want my Mike’s Hot Italian to be heated. He said you don’t want that then, you want the regular. I said no because I want the meats and everything I just don’t want it heated because I drive 25 minutes there and back home. He throws my sandwich together by the grill where I couldn’t see. Something told me to check my food before leaving. He didn’t add the pickles, onions, or mayo but gave me wilted lettuce and soft tomatoes. He threw the pickles on, I received a side cup of onions and mayo packets. Didn’t bother to cut my sandwich either. I felt disappointed and dismissed while others after me were treated pleasantly. I’ll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!“

“It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. “I have been going here as long as I can remember I haven't seen the beautiful older lady who's the mom and grandma and probably great grandma now I pray everything is ok . I have some of my best memories here from both childhood with family and friendships with friends I grew up on Ellen Wood and Ridgewood so ya. Even through some of my hardest times this place has just been home for me, all the staff and family knows me and my hubby we always go here plus they have known me over 25 years the nail salon also since I was a kid.
