“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

This Culver's is one of the nicest fast casual places I've been in for a long time. The tables were clean, clean soda machine and plenty of condiments, and the floors looked good too. Had the deluxe value basket and they have some of the best crinkle cut fries around.“

“This is one of the best White Castles that I have ever been to. The customer service here is definitely on point, as they will take your order in a timely fashion and the food is always fresh and hot along with tasting juuuuust right! The dining room is very clean and well kept, as any restaurant should be. The restrooms were 90% right, as zip could use a bit of freshening up, but I have no complaints. I'm sure as soon as the employees have time it will be done, because they stay really busy near downtown and the Busch stadium location here. Go Cardinals! Plus the dasher even said something!! I know it’s just a drink, but just own your mistakes! Don’t cover them up and make my dasher look like they are the ones getting the order wrong!“

We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

“Went in today (6/24) around 2pm and had the most delightful experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store. The manager was direct and efficient, did their best to complete my orders to satisfaction, and was a well-spoken professional from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. It was the highlight of my day to see her effort in small talk with other customers— one customer being a sweet older woman. The manager asked if her sandwich was to her liking, in which she responded that it was so good it persuaded her to eat her second half. “Visited after a Savanna Bananas game at about 11pm party of 4. This is not a historically good time for me to visit steak n shakes as far as service goes. This was a far different experience. Food was out quickly, tasted great, and exactly as ordered. The woman working the dining area was extremely friendly and made sure everything was right with our order when she brought it out. There are not a lot of choices for lunch in the area and I like visiting them for lunch break.
The sandwich makers are great people. They always help me with selections and are very easy to talk to. They are often busy during the lunch hour but work to ensure everybody gets good service. My favorites and go to are the BMT and the Meatball.
