“Sunday lunch was a wonderful experience for several reasons. The restaurant was open according to their posted store hours. A few years ago, this would have been a silly compliment. But these days, we have had several encounters in which we would arrive at an eatery and notice the doors are still locked even though it's past their usual store open hours. Needless to say, service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Our party of six shared the smoked trout dip, calamari, charred pepperoni pizza, white mushroom and truffle pizza, Italian cheesecake, and tiramisu. The smoked trout dip is a tad high on sodium but I really like how it was served with flaxseed crackers. The pizza are served Romana style, therefore rectangular and fluffy. The crust is thin but with a crunch. Even better, they are half-price on Sundays!“

“Wow! Just wow!!! Posto 31 has the best happy hour I've had in a long time. My amazing friend and I love doing happy hour during the week at different places around town and came across Posto 31. We decided to give it a try and we were blown away. The food was deliciously good. The filet sliders were cooked at medium rare and melted in your mouth like butter. The meatballs are to die for. Like by far the best meatball ever. The creamy polenta and sauce tied it all together. The whipped honey ricotta sesame toast is heaven sent. That there alone is a dessert for me. The creamy sauce from the freshly made rigatoni is a dream and made me think I was in someone's kitchen in Italy. Plus the strawberry thyme drink made by Abraham was the bomb! I'm coming back for that one again. The service was fast and the staff were so nice. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The ambiance is very upscale to me, super clean and the decor is beautifully done. Also shout out to the amazing couple we got to meet during our happy hour named Mark and Christian! I totally wished I got their number. They made our first visit so much fun and we got to enjoy a shot of Lemoncello that is also house made with them. Kudos to the chef and owner!! “I've been here many times now, and love it!! It's busy most weekends and holidays and nights tbh, lol. So expect a bit of a wait, sometimes. It's worth it. Besides you can walk up the street and have a quick beer at Orange and Brew or Emmett's Brewing Co. while you're on their waiting list. At least pull one of us aside instead of making a grand announcement. Chad you’re a great and talented owner, but train your staff how to talk to people. Just tell us, dont make a scene.“

Katherine and I collectively have been to Vistro (Prime) a few times . . . and the food, craft cocktails, and atmosphere make for an excellent social and culinary experience. It was wonderful to see Patrick doing the Mixology while the other restaurant is in process of opening apparently this spring.This time around, Katherine and I stopped by for a craft cocktail, and we ended up enjoying the happy hour oysters that were very good.I have never offered a single suggested critique of Vie or Vistro.The only request I have is for the manager of Vistro Prime is to check the barstools at the bar.My barstool was wobbly, and it likely/ simply needs to be tightened up. I’m a handy person and have constructed and repaired barstools; so possibly, the hardware for some of your barstools needs to be tightened up and or repaired.They are beautiful barstools!Other than that, I completely recommend Vistro Prime to every and anyone that receives this review and all my friends and family as always!“

One was creamy green sauce, tasted like a spicy jalapeno coconut curry, the other was a sweet chili sauce.The entree's were a nice spin on traditional dishes. They had a good depth of flavor and had the traditional flavor while tasting elevated. I have never tried the fried rice noodles , I loved the crunch they added to the Lad Nar. The Pepper steak was delicious too.We are excited to try some more of our traditional thai favorites like drunken noodles, pad woon sen, etc the next time and see what kind of delicious spin they put on them!Also - at first I was surprised that they chose the strip mall on State as their location, but the interior is actually beautiful, cozy, and delightfully understated. From the atmosphere to the service and the best part the food. Our server was top notch! We started with Bison Meatballs, the flavor combination of the meatball, polenta and arugula was very good. I choose the Grouper dinner and having lived in Florida and eating Grouper regularly, this Grouper was AMAZING! A very good portion that was seasoned just right not to take away from the flavor of the fish. It was served over rice with a sauce on the side which paired perfectly with the Grouper. There was not a single thing left on my plate! My wife ordered the Filet Medallions, cooked medium, and those were exceptional as well. The steak was cooked perfectly and tender. It was paired with creamed spinach, potatoes and tomato’s. Everything complimented each other! We ended with dessert. I had the German Chocolate cake in a jar and HOLY FVK! The single best dessert I have ever had! I would definitely go back! Was it pricey, yes but when it comes to food to truly get what you pay for.
