“We tried two slices of cake and two pastries. The cakes were absolutely amazing — so light, fluffy, and delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back for more and can’t wait to try other flavors. The pastries looked beautiful, but we weren’t big fans of the filling — it had a pudding-like texture that just wasn’t to our taste. Still, that’s a personal preference, so I’m not taking off any stars for it!“

“Honestly I’ve never been the type to get hot coffee instead of frappes but since I was sick, I needed to drink hot things instead of cold. But I decided to try this place out! I decided to get a red velvet donut with a hot mint hot chocolate. When I first ordered, one guy with dirty blonde hair was quick to give me service when I wanted donuts and he was kind about the fact that he only meant donuts when I tried to order drinks XD anyways the line went by pretty quickly even though I was like the 5th person in line. Anyways, the mint hot chocolate was made pretty quickly and I would say it’s like a 5 minute wait. When I tried the mint hot chocolate, it was so good. I really love mint flavored items and this one hits the spot for me and it wasn’t even tongue burning hot like how other places would make it. It was a perfectly hot temperature and it wasn’t cold either (no crap but wtv). It was awesome, if I was a rich person I would give them a 50 dollar tip. Anyways the red velvet would be a solid 8/10 because it doesn’t rlly taste like red velvet but more to a chocolate donut but it was still pretty fluffy and good so no hate. The mint hot chocolate though a 10/10. Anyways the cashier was a girl with dark girl and black glasses and she’s was very nice! As a cashier myself, I lowkey SUCK at customer service since I have a problem when it comes to my smile and stuff but this girl was very friendly and she seemed pretty cheerful to her customers! Alright it was so good that I decided to go back with my sister and she got a… I kinda forgot I think it was a croissant donut (idk how to spell but alright), and she ended up with a messy mouth ngl, she gave the donut a 8/10. The girl who served us was also pretty quick with it, I think her name was Monty? I didn’t really get a good look at her name tag but it’s wtv. But she was pretty nice but she was like LOCKED IN on her work. Anyways I appreciate her dedication to her job. First time doing a review btw, but I would definitely come back for that mint hot chocolate, I wished I had money to tip the employees 🫩✌️“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“I stopped by this Dunkin’ location earlier today and was very impressed with the level of service and overall atmosphere. The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained.

“The Dunkin’ on Northwest Hwy in Mount Prospect is always outstanding. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh. I usually stop by in the evening, and I’ve never been disappointed. The drive-thru runs smoothly, the team works efficiently, and nobody beats the coffee at this location. “Okay so some of the negative reviews are about the prices so I'll get that out of the way first. It is slightly more expensive than most dunkins I would say by 10%. That being said, the quality of the doughnuts are so much better. Like they aren't the chain Dunkin doughnuts they are different. You can make fun of me all you want but come try these damn doughnuts they are the best Dunkin doughnuts I ever had! They cooked the egg bites perfectly. My bagel and cream cheese was done extra toasty like I asked and it's perfect! They also did my coffee perfect too! “I came in with a suit and needed 4 boxes of coffee for a party at 9PM. The team at Dunkin on 12/20/23 did a stellar job helping me out and packing all of the supplies into my car. They even included the 4 boxes with cream, sugar, cups, lids and kept the party alive! ?“

“I don't generally expect five star service at a franchised coffee stop, but this is my regular Dunkin these days due to office proximity and they've really never fumbled once (in ways other locations will REGULARLY fumble). The consistency is dependable.“

I visited this Dunkin' location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin' locations I have visited so far. The young guy at the counter was very courteous and attentive. He patiently listened to my kids' requests when selecting donuts, and the hot chocolate was hot and just right. I highly recommend this place.
