That just about sums up our visit to this adorable cafe. I ordered the Gold Crush Latte which is topped with Dalgona which melted into the latte giving it a slightly sweet and mellow flavor. My companion ordered an iced Gold Crush Latte so they could enjoy the Dalgona as it slowly released its sugary cookie flavor into the coffee beverage. As we savored our drinks in the pleasant and cozy seating, they prepared our Croffle, a combination of croissant and waffle, and it was crispy and buttery and caramelly. “This was my first visit to Greg's Frozen Custard and I was impressed. I didn't know why my GPS was redirecting me through a neighborhood (Pleasure Drive - lol), but you have to enter off South Lake (by Auto Zone). We drove up and it was one of those stand-alone structures that you occasionally see (like a big ice cream cone) that are usually popular for the novelty. The flavor of the day was butter pecan. I ordered a scoop of butter pecan and added hot fudge and whipped cream. I was surprised by how thick and creamy and rich the custard was. The hot fudge was also thick, not a thin syrup, and this was a decadent treat. There were plenty of pecans in the custard. My friend had the chocolate custard and that was thick and rich with a satisfying flavor. We liked that the custard isn't overly sweet. There were just a handful of customers when we arrived but shortly thereafter the parking lot started to fill up. There is a gazebo with some seating but this was a rainy spring evening so we ate in the car. Now that I know you're here, Greg's Custard, I'll be back to try your other flavors.“

The Waffle was sooo great and their side salad was very huge. I mean, their waffle is really different than others - it's thick, crisp and delicious... Also it actually contains bacon in the waffle dough....Yum!We also had some pancakes on the side and it was good too.Only one minor thing that they can improve is their staffing. I think they need more servers, I didn't get a refill for my coffee during my entire meal. I wanted a beer flight but had no idea what to order so I waved down someone by the bar. I told him I usually like Blue moon, Stella, and coronas so he told me to order the "light flight" So I did and I loved all three choices. For my meal I had the Lobster Roll with a side of fries. My husband got the Chimichurri Arrenchera Sandwich and we split a large Mac and Cheese. My lobster Roll was packed with meat. So good and I was glad I got it. My hubby loved his sandwich as well. “I came to Andy's with some friends after they were shocked that I've never tried it or heard of it. It was on the colder side for a spring night but that didnt stop anyone craving something sweet. I was surprised to see such a long line for the drive thru. But it goes quickly. We decided to park and order at the walk-up window. Depending on where you park you can get blocked in by the drive thru lane. They don't have seating. It is a walk-up order counter. I like the fact that they had heaters in the standing area to help keep you semi warm. There's a lot of different options for mix ins on their menu ranging from sweet to savory. I decided to go with a small concrete butter pecan. The custard is very creamy and it's cool to see it being freshly made. The quality of the pecans really made the concrete. I would definitely stop by Andy's again to try some different creations.“

“This is a cool spot in Highwood. Nothing really stands out as exceptional, but everything was pretty good.I got the rueban sandwich because we were there on St Patrick's Day. It was ok. The plain French fries were very average, but the truffle fries were much better.The calamari was good, but the other appetizers were not so much. The goat cheese was bland and the crab cakes were small and mushy.I had an alcohol free cocktail and it was good, but not $9 good.The cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were both loved by our dining partners.The service was pretty slow, but I'm sure they were under staffed since it was a holiday weekend.“
