“The Banh Mi sandwich was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had. The lemongrass chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bread was exactly how it should be (crunchy outside, soft and fresh inside). All the veggies (carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers) were fresh. The sauce was a perfect amount which brought everything together beautifully.“

You can modify the amount of sugar they add to your boba, and I recommend considering a reduction if you can because things here are sweet!“

“Visited on the weekend. Ordered the Mango Sunrise and Oreo Brown Sugar Boba that were great and refreshing. Prices worth portion sizes and are satisfying. The atmosphere is calm with Wi-Fi, making it comfortable for work or studying. The location is easy to find, and the restroom is clean.“

“been here a few times, each is better experience that the last, attempt to try most of their items on menu. So far, my favorite is their Mango smoothies with cloud cheese, as drink. Their cloud cheese is really good and a balance of salty taste with the sweetness of the mango, the tapioca in the drinks is plentiful but not overpowering the water content. I had it in other Chinatown restaurants, some had too many tapiocas that my teeth were tired chewing them. Cuckoo is not. Their Don (Japanese rice bowls) and their bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) are excellent. Have not decide which is better because each have their own uniqueness and tastes; I had 2 types of their bibimbap before and only 1 type of their Don. So far, I am leaning towards the Don but there is excellent amount of veggie in their Bibimbap, which is ideal for weigh concise person. Wish they have a loyal customer rewards style of drinks incentives, much like some restaurants, for example, buy 9 and get 1 free drink, or some % off after 5 drink purchases, and give customers an advertisable nice pocket size reward card to keep track of their purchases. That may also work with food item purchases as well. Crossing my fingers that this may happen soon. With summer in Chicago, cool refreshing drinks is ideal and as loyal customers, return for more drink purchases with rewards will be even better.“

“What a cute little place! And it's not little at all, there's actually so much seating! We tried a variety of items, food and drink and the only thing that is NOT worth getting EVER from this place is their chicken wings. They do not know how to make them and they shouldn't be making them! All the other stuff is fabulous because that's their niche! Love watching how they prepare the seaweed burritos and bowls. Drink are a mystery because they bring them out from the back kitchen, which is where they have the machine that seals the tops. Food is awesome and you should try it for sure!“

“My wife and cousin bought drinks from this place. The young gentleman that made our drinks was very friendly and polite. After receiving our order we had to leave in a hurry as we were heading to a meeting. My wife accidentally left her purse containing her cards, cash, IDs and most importantly her medications on one of the seats inside. Unfortunately she didn’t notice that her purse was missing until later that night and the store was closed by then. Needless to say she didn’t get a good nights sleep as she was worried that she wouldn’t see her purse again. The next day she came back not really expecting anything but got a pleasant surprise when the young guy(not the same as the one who served us) that opened the store handed her back her purse with everything still intact. With the terrible things we hear and see in the news and oftentimes we experience ourselves, it’s amazing to know that there are still decent and honest people out there and especially in this store. Kudos to these young lads and to the people who raised them.“

Seating is a hit or miss depending on where you go. Staff also uses the single table on the north end of the store as their own place for stuff like bags, etc., taking away one of the four tables the space offers.“

I apologize in advance that really the only thing I've ever had at any Liquid Fusion location for the most part is bubble tea.

Had the Strawberry Bingsu once which was good at the SW Northbrook location (it really is Glenview) but it's mostly the bubble tea my family & I come for.

My now 10-year-old son loves Taro bubble tea which is really the only flavor he's ever ordered in any boba house we've been to.

Good boba at fair prices in a clean & laid back atmosphere with friendly service. We live pretty far north in Beach Park but if ever in the area again, Liquid Fusion is a GO.“
