“Yesterday, January 14th 2022, I was a customer at the Scooters in Glen Carbon, IL. When I drove up to cash out I noticed that the young women who was waiting on me had her mandated face mask pulled down under both her nose and mouth. To observe this was bothersome to me. I was a customer at around 2:30 p.m.“

“I live closer to the Alton location but drive the extra mile to the Godfrey location drive thru because the girls who work there are always so cool & sweet💞 Today one of them wrote something on my cup and it made my day. I’m in the process of moving to Wood River but will still drive up to Godfrey for my coffee even though it’s even further now😅“

“Staff is always polite and competent, even during the everyday lunchtime rush. Very few times have I been disappointed by this location. Only complaint is that they don't have knives. The grilled cheese is very big, so I ask for it to be cut in half. But that's just me. I just find it amusing that a chain restaurant does not provide its employees knives. Unless the staff does have knives, and they are simply playing a practical joke on me. So be it: 4 stars.“
“I have never had a bad experience here. The workers are always sweet and chipper at 6am. This is my go to place before work. The lattes and coffees always taste fresh. I like the reward point system and recently the candy land sweepstake entry’s. Great job!“

“Love their carmelicious frappes! The service is always stellar, but I do wish that when you place a mobile order that it would be prepared before you arrive to cut down on the time spent in the drive thru. They do get you through the line pretty quickly for as busy as they get, but it would be nice if you could pull into a pick-up spot and grab your pre-made order and go.“

“I don't know what is going on orders.are often wrong lately. since the new hires I order for a client simple vanilla latte. they dont come.e with whip cream and they put it on. Mostly milk not sure where we the coffee is. we also add cinnamon docle sprinkles cost extra. sometimes it's there or they put something else that reads CF. usually they are on game but sad because we may have to change locations.“

“we went tonight ,horrible service and the restaurant was so filthy.. told a manager she didn't even care... the play place is filthy and needs a deep cleaning, the bathrooms were horrible!!! ....the drink area was so dirty 😩 I had to wipe everything down..the owners need to hire someone too deep clean....I didn't even want to stay w my grandbabies..but they were extremely excited about playing ...“

“The food is good, but they keep the dining room absolutely freezing, it is no mistake, they want you to leave as quickly as possible once they have your money. October update: yes, it's October, but they got the air conditioner blasting like it's July... This continues in November. Yes, November and cold air blows from the HVAC unit. They do at least adhere to the McDonald's standard of throwing some wet napkins in your bag.“

“Most of the time food is fresh, Employees are mostly nice too, but it takes a long time. I placed a mobil order, just to come and sit in a drive thru for 25 mins........ not cool. Mobil orders should just pull to the front. Idk just a suggestion.“
