Super appreciate the actual QUALITY gluten free bun sub. The owners care about making their food accessible to many people, not just carnivores with an iron stomach. Fyre is open late, which gives us second and third shifters a beautiful and delicious option for food during /after our shifts. It’s also just great to be able to get a dab down the street and walk down here and be able to smash food without any sense of shame around the fact that I’m stoned af and about to literally inhale these fries.
The space is much bigger now, as the new owners have remodeled/removed several walls in the front of the shop to create additional seating. A nice high bar in front of a sunny window sounds like workspace heaven at 11am.
They plan to do tons of events, as the space is fricken huge. All around very excited for the future of this space and ftsq!

“I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but the incredible staff at this Subway absolutely deserve it. The ladies who work here are hands-down some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.

I had called earlier just to ask if they had the Happy Gilmore cup from the special promotion. That’s it—just a quick check. When I showed up later to see what cups they had, they had actually saved the exact one I was hoping for. I never even told them which character I wanted—but somehow, they just knew. That small act of thoughtfulness genuinely meant the world to me.

It’s rare to be treated with that kind of care and attention anywhere, let alone at a fast-food spot. I was truly touched. I can honestly say I’ll never go to another Subway again. This is the one. Loyal for life.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was great. The meat was tender and flavorful, the onions on mushrooms were also cooked perfectly and very flavorful and overall this was a great sandwich.

“I traveled to Indy from Michigan with our high school marching band. We ordered boxed lunches for our bus ride home. I worked with Neil at the Subway in the Hyatt Regency in Indy. He was very accommodating and flexible, especially when our band director decided to leave town a couple of hours early. Neil's staff came in early to work on our order to get it ready for our new departure time. They were very kind and helpful when we picked up the order. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.“

“Would choose Au Bon Pain over the cafeteria food as the two options within Methodist. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Could use a hollandaise sauce or cheese that isn’t completely melted every time. Kind of crazy a $7 sandwich only comes with one piece of bacon (confirmed it only comes with one slice).“

“I previously worked at Penn Station. The food and atmosphere are both fantastic. I always tell customers to try the cookies.

Also, is this something that would work for a corporate client? I think you should give your reliable customers a free cookie or wipe their fry. When I worked there, I used 1/3 of our food tab for cookies and then passed them out. You could also have a separate day for advertising. Mark half of your items to maybe 60% off and watch the money pile in. Turn on something interesting on the TV or give free drinks and play music. Advertise yourself a bit.“

It's not apart of a strip mall or any other store, which makes it stand apart for sure. Windows encircle nearly the whole lobby which is always completely clean. The employees are always very welcoming and greet with smiles.

Bathrooms are always stocked and kept clean. Oh, forgot to mention, they also have a drive thru!“
