“The owners are wonderful caring people. I have dealt with thousands of companies throughout the United States with my business, and they are by far the most dedicated to customer service I have experienced. Although a little bit of a drive, this location is well worth the service you will receive. We have now moved our business to them and will use them only for all future orders and company orders. We will miss them for a couple of months; they will be closed for winter, but we can always buy a couple of gallons to get us through...LOL If you get a chance and are in the Carmel area, stop by and see what I mean when I say, "Rita's Carmel location is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE done right."“

“WOW! Quality quality quality! Situated in a neat retail/residential complex at intersection of Rangeline and 116th, this is a breath of fresh air with pure whip cream, creamy dreamy ice cream and AMAZING chocolate chip cookies- see Banana Split and cookie (minus a bite 😁🤭) below. The owner Erin is a very gracious, hospitable host. Go here now and walk it off tomorrow!“

“The girls were so polite today 7-31-25 I had the Founders favorite and I switched only the ice cre to banana pudding OMG IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD! I THIBK THIS WILL BE MY GO TO. Very clean and fast service! I will return. My daughter had the Oreo overload with M&m in it she loved it!! Nice dessert date. Great tasty icecream.“

“I absolutely love Crumbl cookie so much so that we are having them catered for our wedding! I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. We ended up working very closely with one of the bakers - so incredible nice - she deserves a promotion in my opinion!“

“Here from VA! Hands down best spot to dine! My friend and I received the BEST customer service from Spencer! I tried ELK for the first time and the marshmallow sauce with the sweet potato waffle fries were SPOT ON, delicious!!! An experience I’ll never forget! “Not only is the food a step above what you see in any other fast food place, but the service is as well. They are very friendly the entire time and knowledgeable with their recommendations. They are quick, accurate, and efficient with their service. My order is hardly ever wrong, but if it is, I trust that they will take care of me. The dining room is always clean and lively, and their outdoor seating is very nice. Would highly recommend this location to anybody.“

“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“Above and beyond service! Today I had a minor medical emergency in the drive thru that resulted in me pulling out of line after ordering and walking up to the drive thru window. The kind staff immediately helped me then brought my food to my car and checked on me until I was well enough to drive on, about a half hour later. I was scared, and the group of young adults who helped me were calm and attentive and made all the difference for me today. Plus, the food was good! I will always support this restaurant from now on!“

“Christine made the most incredible Italian Millefoglie dessert for 180 guests at my daughter’s wedding. It was a beautiful attraction set on on its own table at the reception. Guests raved about its freshness and taste. I highly recommend Stacco House if you are searching for something unique as well as delicious. Christine created a masterpiece with her attention to detail, and her professionalism was extraordinary.“
