“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

Tammy at POPS in Crown Point is the rare exception to that experience. She handled every aspect of the order perfectly with kindness, patience, helpfulness, respect, thoroughness and efficiency, all with a fantastic pleasant personality. POPS has always been one of my favorite restaurants but Tammy makes the trek to Crown Point all that much more worthwhile.“

“This Subway restaurant was like any other, however, I had to deduct 2 stars because the roof must have a leak, as water was dripping down by the outside windows near where my kids and I were sitting.

Thankfully, a television in the restaurant was playing the episode of the A-Team where thugs are threatening Mr T's mom, and trying to scare her out of her apartment. This was more than enough to distract me from any inbound water.“

“Ordered the rotisserie chicken footlong on wheat with lots of veggies,cheese, chipotle etc. Everything was fresh and good ( the meat was a little stingy) but good . I got a coupon from offline to use because prices are way higher now. The star was the $5 FOOTLONG CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE . It was DELICIOUS, HOT and should be shared. A must try .“

“Yesterday my son ordered from here. He used his own money, and it was his first time ordering and paying for his own meal. He asked me how much he was supposed to tip. I told him I usually give a good tip, especially after the rough year everyone has had. He gave his delivery man a very generous tip. The driver kept asking us if we were sure. I told him absolutely because we've all had a rough year. Today he called, and he brought my son a free meal, because of his generosity yesterday. He was so excited! Thank you for making our day!
